Restaurant had no record of our order even though I received an email and text confirmation and checked into curbside using the text I received. Employee came out to say there was no record of our order. They went back in to talk to manager who claimed our order may have been fake. Manager came out and said we must have placed the order for the incorrect State. Showed the confirmation email to manager with the correct State, confirmation text and screenshot of pending charge in our bank account. Next, the General Manager comes out to say for the 3rd time that there was no record of our order. After repeating everything they finally agreed to COOK our order. Husband sat in parking lot with 3 kids for over an hour while they decided whether or not to honor our order. Really enjoy the wings & all the yummy sauces! I appreciate that they label what sauce is which too. Good bang for your buck, also, who doesn't love fried oreos! Delivered by Doordash and my food arrived pretty warm still, but had to reheat still. I'm pretty used to having to reheat so it's no biggie. Waited 1 hr to NOT get our food after ordering pick up on THEIR app. Then we finally went inside to ask what was going on and they said there is nothing they can do and that we have to request a refund from door dash because they think a driver took it.
