Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Murrieta

the cashier Blake is very rude and slammed his register shut when i asked to have something added to my order. he told me he could no longer add it on witch i found surprising seeing it was a cash transaction and when i asked to speak to the manager she told me the same thing and said she would put it on and to make sure i tell them before hand next time. she wasn't rude but i was still shocked at her answer. again it was a cash transaction why couldn't they refund the food and put it in again. if the store was busy id understand being frustrated but I'm still a customer trying to PAY for the extra stuff she was about to use on my food. after getting my food and leaving got back to work and find out something i asked to be removed from my order was still on my food Vanessa did call me back with the number i requested but the lack of customer service at this jack in the box is very unsatisfying. a coworker of mine told me she had the same issues with Blake as i did very rude person and probably shouldn't work the front register until he can have a better attitude towards your customers cuz i work right down the street and wont be going back so because of Blake u are loosing money and maybe I'm just one person but how many other people wont return due to the lack of customer service at...

It was a very hot Memorial Day on the road to Lake Elsinore so we decided to pull into a rest stop & get a sweet treat to cool down. All of the staff greeted us with a smile as we walked in. This place doesn't seem busy but the staff drops everything to take their time to acknowledge everyone. One person was cleaning tables & one person was mopping the wet floor from a mess that the previous customer had made at the soft drink machine. I like stops that are clean & well kept!

I wasn't hungry but decided to order more just to support this place. I ordered 3 Oreo Milkshake & a 3 Tacos for $3 which also came with a Soft Drink. Its fast food on the road so it is what it is. This location never misses an opportunity to disappoint their customers. Every time I go to this Jack in the Box, I'm always treated like I've got the superpower of invisibility. Doesn't matter if the drive-thru is empty and there are no other guests in the lobby. I place my orders through the app and give it 10-15 min before I even go in and ask if it's ready. Then, another 10-15 minutes standing at the counter before someone finally asks me what I need. I literally make eye contact with all of the workers and watch as they slack off and joke around in the back instead of doing what they get paid to do. Also, let's not forget about the order itself. Only on a rare occasion will it be made properly. My best suggestion would be to go to the one on Jefferson and Winchester if possible.
