Which Wich — Restaurant in Murrieta

The food is good, but don’t order from a food delivery service. They handed my bag of food off without sealing the bag. My food was exposed, in a plastic bag and cold, therefore, it was inedible. When it arrived to my place of business it was handed to me from an employee like a bag of groceries. The purpose of sealing or stapling the bag is so that it’s secure. I’m quite sure no one would want their loved one or themselves for that matter to be on the receiving end of a delivery such as this. If I could’ve given negative stars I would’ve.

This is a response to Danny: Come on now. I order food all the time from delivery services and this is the only company that doesn’t secure their bags. The deliverer had the opportunity to eat my food because of this. We see this all the time on tv etc. so we’re not going to make this just about the food being warm. When I called your business you were busy and you returned my call while I was at work. I then returned your call and an employee told me you had just left. Yes, I reached out to DoorDash and they assisted me (this was your error, not DoorDash-own it). You never bothered to reach me again. However, I think you’re missing the point. Staples do not just pop off and if they’re missing, you know that your food has been tampered with. The same thing applies to tape. That’s the whole point and you can’t deflect from it. This is the best sandwich place! Never really liked Subway that much. Seemed like their bread was always old and hard. Submarina was better but the closest one closed down. So tried this place out. Their system of marking what you want on a bag and turning it in at the register works great. Use to hate being in line at Subway following a lady with 6 soccer kids that all wished they were at McDonald's and didnt know what they wanted at a sandwich place. So this is much better. All sandwiches came out perfect here. They changed up their menu and now have French fries. That's unique for a sandwich place. Most only have chips. Last time we went there the place was busy. But still had a very short wait time. Being busy that's a good sign they'll be around for a while. Dont you hate when you find a good place to eat and next thing you know is they've gone under. This is my second visit. When i do a 3rd I'll update it. Its a nice place. Friendly employees. Different from other sandwich shops. You have to get a bag specific to the sandwhich you want. Not a very wide selection. About 10 types to choose from. Service isn't as fast as I thought it would be. Tables are not well cleaned. I sat at 2 different tables and changed it while i waited for my meal. The tables were sticky. Thats why i deducted a star.

I ordered the "Wicked". Unfortunately not impressed. I asked for it to be cold. It ended up being toasted. I added cole slaw to offset the meat and cheese. There wasn't enough slaw and it came out a bit salty. I ordered caramelized onion, got regular onion. I don't understand. They weren't busy and my order wasn't satisfactorily completed.
