Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Murrieta

On my 6th order from here.. had to go here after the Hemet closed. Ive tried and tried but the sad truth is.. this location... just doesnt make good pizza. I ordered my last order from here. The pizza is dry and chewy, very little toppings and sauce and most of all.. the flavor just isnt there. It literally tasted like dominos.. So sad there are no more good pizza places anymore. We used to order from Hemet.. atleast 4 times a month if not more... Furthermore.. generally speaking I find it interesting that many of these low rated reviews are from more recently.. The more distant reviews are good.. as if something changed in the last few months... Recommendation: If theres away to contact the old Hemet franchisee, I would see if they can relay what they did with thier pizza's. The uproar in Hemet from the Hemet closure is real. People are actually mad. They had something special about the way they made thier pizza, best pizza of my life.. I mean just compare ratings.. sorry Marcos, I think this is good bye...

Ordered twice from here when they first opened, and it was great. Really disappointed this time around.

Ordered online for pick up 10 mins before closing. I have to wonder if they gave us a leftover pizza because it didn't taste fresh at all. Barely any cheese and crust was hard like it'd been sitting around. You can just tell when a pizza is old. I've had their pizza delivered before so I know how it tastes freshly baked. Plus, I ordered Parmesan cheese crust and got regular crust.

It was too late to call them by that time, and we were tired and hangry. Glad we didn't add additional items to our order, like we initially intended to. Not sure if I'm more disappointed that we wasted $27 or that we now have to rule this place out as our go-to...

ATTN CORPORATE: Every time I order from this location I get an email saying "your pizza has been delivered," when nothing has been delivered. The pizza gets delivered 30 minutes AFTER I receive that email. That happens every single time. Going back through each order.

This location continously gives false delivery times, for over 15 orders of mine spanning 8 months and I gurantee you that I'm not the only customer this happens to.

Every single order takes from 48 minutes to an 1 hour and 15 minutes to be delivered after ordering.
