Came here with my wife for all you can eat Sushi. We ordered a total of 7 rolls, Gyoza, and mussels. All of the rolls tasted great! It was $80.47 for the two of us. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. Our drinks were refilled and never went dry. Big props to the wait staff! Appetizers: The gyoza was fried perfectly and tasted great. Mussels were also cooked and exactly what you’d expect when ordering mussels. I wish more places were on par with Ryu. Rolls: Over all the rolls were excellent tasting. They were all prepared neatly and didn’t fall apart in your hands or chop sticks. All of the rolls were quite large in comparison to any other sushi place we have been to and I don’t think this was a positive thing. We prefer smaller sized rolls so we can get more variety when doing all you can eat. Although over all it was a great experience, there were a few draw backs that stopped Ryu Sushi from getting 5 stars. The rolls were made with a large portion of filling and had a lot of rice causing the rolls to be quite large. Rats!! We were seated in the makeshift outdoor COVID area and while we were eating we witnessed two rats fighting each other over discarded sushi scraps on the ground. The loser sprinted off into the parking lot and the winner took his food and jumped into a hole in the side the building!!! At least they were cute looking rats and not all mangily looking. Hopefully they are outside only rats and they haven’t made it to the interior of the kitchen.

Before i rave about this place heres their current all you can eat pricing & times as of Oct2024: Lunch (weekdays only, before 3pm): $34 Dinner + weekends: $39 They have a special AYCE price going on through Nov2024: Lunch is only $30 & dinner is $35 My review.. Ryu is my new fav sushi spot. They’ve not only kept their AYCE when most of my other favorite spots gave it up, they’ve actually perfected it with smaller portions allowing you to try multiple roll without filling up! I LOVE this! And to top it off, when I arrived for their lunch time AYCE i was informed they currently have a price special which I believe is going on all through Nov2024! So normal price for lunch AYCE (before 3pm) was only $30! Thats by far the lowest price in the area with this quality. The service here is always wonderful, today was no exception. My server was fast and attentive, i never had to ask for refills and the food came out lightning fast. I had 2 rounds off the all you can eat menu and I didn’t wait even 5 minutes before it got to my table. Big thank you to Ryu & their staff for making my casual lunch memorable & impeccable <3

This has become our go-to place for sushi. After covid, it seemed like many places changed the quality of their sushi, so we stopped going and stumbled upon this gem and have been addicted ever since. We have taken many friends here and now it is their favorite place. The quality of fish is fresh, and the portions are generous. You don't just get a rice roll with hardly anything in it like most places now. It's a great amount of all ingredients all around. The prices for all you can eat are reasonable. The sushi comes out at a reasonable time after you order if it's packed. Obviously, when it's not packed, it comes out quicker. I recommend this to everyone. You will not regret eating here.

At Ryu Sushi, my visit turned into a distressing encounter due to their discriminatory treatment towards my service dog and their overall lack of empathy. The staff, particularly the person in charge, exhibited a regrettable attitude, seemingly allowing their authority to overshadow basic understanding and compassion.

What struck me as particularly frustrating was their insistence on my service dog wearing a vest at all times, despite the legal flexibility allowing service animals not to do so. I offered to provide an explanation of my dog's role, but my attempts were dismissed. This rigid stance displayed a lack of awareness and willingness to accommodate patrons with specific needs.

The individual in charge, whom I can only describe as having an unprofessional attitude, seemed more interested in asserting authority than ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all customers. Their behavior left me feeling disheartened and discriminated against.

In response to this unacceptable experience, I am committed to reporting the incident to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It is my hope that such reporting will prompt the necessary changes and ensure that Ryu Sushi adopts a more inclusive and respectful approach towards customers with service animals.

To compound my disappointment, the quality of the food at Ryu Sushi was appalling. The sushi had a distinct fishy odor, and the salmon skin salad, as well as the hand roll, were served cold and overly oily. The lack of freshness and attention to detail in the preparation was evident.

Regrettably, the consequences extended beyond a mere unsatisfactory dining experience. The following day, I suffered from severe food poisoning, necessitating a visit to urgent care. This health issue is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the hygiene and safety standards within Ryu Sushi's kitchen.

The combination of discriminatory treatment towards my service dog and the subpar food quality, resulting in food poisoning, has left me with a profound sense of disappointment and concern. I believe it is crucial to share these details in my review to alert potential patrons to the potential health risks and overall unsatisfactory experience...

BEST SUSHI IN TEMECULA! This restaurant literally just opened up a few week's and we couldn't wait to check it out! I'm glad we did the fish is fresh and NOT fishy at all and for me this is a huge deal because I don't like raw fish that much ( due to stinky fish). We got 2 all you can it (very reasonably priced at $21.95 I think) I got all of the cooked tempura rolls such as Las Vegas, The snake and a few more that I cant remember ALL DELICIOUS ❤ I had 2 bowls of miso soup (which I've never done) the seaweed looked fresh as a pose dry/dehydrated seaweed from a bag. My husband got salmon rolls 2 of them a philly a rainbow and spider roll I decided to try a piece of the philly roll and I'm so glad I did... Let me tell you the roll was so fresh I couldn't even tell it was in there until I crunched down and even then all of the flavors mixed perfectly! So I just started eating everything and I mean everything. The food was delicious the ambience was nice and very clean our waitress was very nice and helpful. You can tell all the sushi chef's take pride in what they do and enjoy seeing their guests enjoy what they created. Hats off to the chef's best sushi I've ever had here in Temecula and we go to Hana sushi at least 7 times a month. Try the spicy edamame (not part of the all you can eat special)

The waitress even offered us complimentary Ice cream but we had to decline because we were so full...

• The rolls are a nice size and not all rice. • Only downside is they don't serve white meat chicken (but the dark meat used for teriyaki is very flavorful and I rarely eat dark)

Bottom line CHECK THEM OUT YOU...

I was a regular at this establishment until yesterday, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. The service was unbelievably poor. It took over 30 minutes for our first round of food to arrive, which I could understand if they were busy, but there were only about six tables with three waitresses. I watched our food sit at the window while our waitress stood at the front of the restaurant, completely ignoring it, and talking to other tables. Our drinks were empty, and no one came to check on us.

Things only got worse. When we ordered our second round, no one came over to take it, and the waitress finally handed us the check, even though we hadn’t finished eating. We had to tell her we were still waiting for more food. She took the order back, but another waitress came over shortly after, asking why we hadn’t paid. We explained we were still eating, and she took the bill away, but at that point, the service was already frustrating.

Our second round of food was delayed so long that the restaurant was essentially closing, and they still hadn’t brought everything we ordered. When I asked for a manager, they didn’t get one, and the waitress who had ignored us sat at our table while I explained my frustration to another waitress-which was very uncomfortable. In the end, they took less than $10 off our $80 bill, which didn’t feel like enough for such a disappointing experience.

We love the food here, but this level of service is unacceptable. We felt unwelcome and frustrated after being there for 1.5 hours and only getting served 1.5...
