I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this place, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing dining encounters I've ever had. I feel compelled to share my experience and strongly advise against others visiting this establishment.
Upon entering the restaurant with my small 14-pound dog securely in my arms, I expected a simple and pleasant experience of placing an order at the counter. However, what I encountered was a complete disregard for our intentions from a counter associate named Danielle. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we intended to dine outside, Danielle treated us as if we were trying to break some rule, which was never our intention.
Let me clarify that I have dined at various Stadium Pizza locations in the past and understand the process of ordering at the counter. Holding my dog in my arms has never been an issue before, as it allows me to maintain control while waiting. Unfortunately, Danielle's dismissive attitude and unwillingness to accommodate us made us feel completely unwelcome.
To make matters worse, when my mother asked if Danielle was not going to take our order, her response was a casual and indifferent "yeah." This casual dismissal further solidified our perception of being unwanted customers. Needless to say, we promptly decided to take our business elsewhere, choosing Burgers and Beer instead—a far superior restaurant that knows how to treat its patrons.
The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Danielle's behavior was a glaring example of the opposite. Encountering such unprofessionalism and disregard for customers ultimately led to our decision to spend our hard-earned money elsewhere.
I have made it my responsibility to share this negative experience with friends, family, acquaintances, and the Internet, advising them against dining at this location. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer service in an establishment that should prioritize these values.
I will not be returning. Next time, I’ll be choosing a different pizza place in Temecula, one that values its customers and provides a positive...
Read moreWhile the pizza was, indeed, tasty, we were not informed of their Two-for-Tuesday special when placing a phone order (which, come to find out, is available only for pick-up and dine-in).
Not knowing about a house special, we had the pizza delivered to our restaurant location two miles away, since -- all things being equal and being in the same industry -- we figured we'd help earn the driver a little tip money. We could have (and would have) sent someone to pick up the pizza for a two-pizza pick-up deal!
Just after the pizza was delivered, we learned of the deal and called back to find out whether or not we could redeem this offer and send someone to pick up the pizza. The manager informed me that their restaurant does not let its phone customers know about its deals and that we could not redeem the offer.
I let the manager know that we could have (and would have) easily sent an employee two miles to pick up the pizzas, had we known, and that to not inform their customers of their offers was a disservice, while not making an exception for this failing on their part in the area of customer service -- especially for another restaurant -- was disappointing, to say the very least.
This is something that should be addressed by the chain, because I'm sure if it's happened to us then plenty of other customers have left money -- or pizza -- on the table with Stadium. When it comes to restaurant work -- and I've been doing it over 20 years -- NOTHING can compensate for poor customer service and customer relations, especially when one has asked you to make amends for poor...

I will say, it is a family friendly restaurant and there were children screaming in the back at different times. I was ordering to go, so it didn't bother me much.
Much anticipated was the pizza. I was not as happy about it. The 🍕 tasted a lil burnt. That was my first flavor at first taste. I ordered the veggie pizza and requested pepperoni on it. The amount added was scarce, and I almost thought I had none until I saw a few on a couple slices. If I pay additional charge foe additional toppings, I expected to be able to 👀 those toppings.
The house made RANCH is really good and I got extra. $3. for a small 16oz cup. 🤷🏿♀️
They have 4 locations that I am now aware of, and I will probably give them another try. Maybe a different location to see if the 🍕...
