Our experience touring this community was absolutely amazing. What stood out most was how welcoming and accommodating the staff was. Unlike our experience at Solana, where we were turned away and told to come back the next day, this community took us in right away without an appointment. That level of hospitality made all the difference.

Jaime and Murray were especially wonderful—so inviting, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the tour. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, answer all of our questions, and give us a true sense of what it would be like to live here. Their warmth and professionalism left such a positive impression.

The apartments themselves were incredible—spacious, modern, and very well taken care of. The community as a whole was clean, inviting, and clearly cared for, with the bonus of special resident events and great discounts that really matter when choosing a place to live.

I just returned home from visiting a friend who recently moved into this apartment community. It was impressive to say the least. Smart locks on community amenities (pool, gym, BBQ area, clubhouse, mailroom, etc.), apartment building doors, and the apartment home/unit itself made navigating an ease. Although I wasn't a resident myself, every single member of onsite staff/personnel made me not only feel at home but like royalty. Another bonus was the super fast Level 2 EV charging with reasonable/competitive kw/h rates. It's convenient location to places like neighboring Murrieta, Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Resort & Casino, and every day things like a drive-through Starbucks, great restaurants, and grocery stores (Target, Costco, Vons, Cardenas, etc.). It was also a relatively easy commute/drive to neighboring coastal areas in San Diego, Oceanside, etc. It was sad to leave, can't wait to...

My family and I spent an entire day touring rental properties throughout the Temecula and Murrieta area, and our experience with Sarah and Justin was hands down the best! Both were incredibly personable and genuinely attentive. Sarah gave us an AWESOME tour of the property, and took great care to understand and address our needs. Her follow-up was amazing! The property itself was beautiful and brand new. The kitchens were seriously impressive, with high-end appliances and a great layout. We were all thoroughly impressed! While we ultimately chose a different property, Marlowe Temecula remains high on our list if the possibility of relocation opens in the future.
