Eat'n Park — Restaurant in Murrysville

Let's break this down because there's so many different elements to a good visit to your business

Service: 5 stars. Our server was friendly and never stopped moving. Idk what more anyone could ask from a server.

Food: 4 stars. We only ordered one buffalo chicken salad and split it with two bowls of soup. The ranch dressing was very good. The salad itself was also not bad. Why the four stars. It's basically just the same tasting food as every other family restaurant

Atmosphere: The place is very old and outdated. It looks like it hasn't had an update in years. Plus I have never been to an Eat N Park that didn't have a salad bar. But I seen coming in that was going to change with a remodel.

Last thoughts: probably not my first choice if I was in the area. But it was decent for an Eat N' Park. Better than Monroevilles location. Where most of the help looks like they are being forced to be there. And the food tastes bland and like school cafeteria meals. If you like the salad bar you better wait for the remodel as they don't have one at this time.

This was one of my top 3 worst restaurant experiences. Waitress had no idea what she was doing. NEVER came back to check on us. Or give us our check. Took a very long time to get a drink order. The food was terrible. My Alfredo had like a drop of sauce on it. Didn’t get my garlic toast with it. I ate 3 bites of my meal. When she literally never came back to our table after dropping off our food, we went to the register to pay. The host found our waitress to come check us out. Did not come out until at least 10 mins later. Meanwhile the host is just standing there doing absolutely nothing. We were in a big hurry. The restaurant was not that busy at all. After waiting to be checked out, the waitress said she messed up on the register. My boyfriend and I were both very upset and in a hurry to catch a show in Pittsburgh. He paid with cash and just told her to keep the change. Even tho she most certainly did NOT deserve a tip.we left very irritated and upset and me.. hungry. I would not recommend this place. This was THE WORST restaurant experience i’ve ever had in my entire life. Sunday morning my friend and i decided to stop here for brunch, No wait to get seated and the restaurant was almost empty (now i know why) It took 20 minutes for out waitress to ask for drinks and then an additional 15 minutes for her to bring them out… My friend ordered a super griddle smile with pancakes and the pancakes were undercooked with the batter oozing out and the butler wouldn’t even melt because of how cold they were And I ordered french toast. The french toast was raw and soggy as well. We waited 1hour for our meals to come out and very unhappy. After asking to speak to a manager we waited 30 minutes for him to come out because we were not eating the food that came out to us. The waitress and host were bad mouthing us behind our backs calling us “entitled a holes” “cheapskates” And other names I will not share on here. I will never visit this place again! And i hope better training is done...
