Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Muscatine

Before tonight, I would have given raving reviews for this Dominoes. However, tonight I am frustrated with the online tracking system they are using. I was told that my order went out for delivery at 6:48 p.m., and at 7:30 p.m. I am still waiting for it, and I live just three blocks from the restaurant. They are very busy there tonight, and certainly didn't need my calls of frustration. Apparently, the tracker is NOT a valid tracker, it is just a timer and says the times when things SHOULD be happening, not in real time. This is frustrating both for customers and the poor workers who are very busy tonight, and having to deal with people who are...

$3.50 delivery outrageous. States on website that it doesn't go to the driver. Confirmed otherwise from local store manager that it indirectly does. Kind of a Moe pays Larry, pays Curly thing....even with tips, drivers do not make enough to compensate for gas, insurance and maintenance on their own provided vehicle. Oh, that cheeseburger pizza? If it went away...I wouldn't miss it....hope the chicken taco is better....Attn: Dominoe's, quit advertising the CT and CB pizza....you'll save more than yer gonna make off...

Most of my recent experiences at Dominos have been great! (Outside of one in Nebraska.)The quality, price and quantity all add up and makes for an easy night of "cooking." In all seriousness, my pasta dish was delicious! I just wish they would bring back the cheeseburger pizza!

The staff at this location have also been very friendly and professional. I do prefer another pizza place in town, but when I need something quick, late at night (after the pizza place is closed), this Domino's...
