Walking in, I see the concrete is black from filth, then as I go to open the door I see spider webs that aren't Halloween decor. It made me wonder if the dining room was open. Well it was, but honestly I should have walked out. The floors were filthy. That mop bucket was bone dry, nothing even in it. It was surrounding what looked like a milkshake spill on the floor that never got cleaned up, I watched a kid come out and wheel them to the back without cleaning anything so yeah they were just for show and the mess was left untouched. While I waited for my bowl to be brought out the girl who approached cursed which I thought was pretty fitting for the building and my experience. I'm not sure why the floor is this filthy considering the business isn't very busy. Aren't you supposed to clean in your downtime? Of all places I've been, I can honestly say this is one of the filthiest establishments I've ever been to and I can't say I'd be surprised if they closed and jobs got lost. I told him online was not working and I couldn’t. Daniels response was telling me again he is busy dealing with dinner rush. I said well we can just go through the drive thru and order it if he would like. He told me he did not like my attitude, he is busy and then hung up. I called back and asked for the manager, he said he is the manager, which he recognized my voice. Before I said anything else he told me he does not have to deal with my attitude and is busy and hung up again. Neither time I spoke with him did I have an attitude or was rude. I tried calling ahead to be polite to the workers as we were ordering quite a few legs so it did not affect the other drive thru orders. Read moreHopefully they were just having a bad day when I was there. Ordered an 8 piece bucket and was told I would have to wait because they had no original recipe cooked at that time. Asked for extra crispy and was told it was good to go. Asked for mashed potatoes and coleslaw for my sides and was told they didn't have any coleslaw because the cooler was broken. Asked for corn for the side and was told they were out. Asked for macaroni and cheese and was told I was good to go. The bill was$21 plus a little change. Paid with a $20 and a $5. Got $3+ back in change. Asked why and they were out of $1 bills. Asked for the manager to complain and was told she was unavailable in the back. Finally got my food, only to get home (13 miles) and find out that the macaroni and cheese had somehow turned into corn!
