Do I have to start out by saying I kind of stumbled into e-cig outlet after being set up for failure at another tobacco shop in town I switched to vaping but didn't like the fact that I was using disposable cartridges and wonder a little bit more control over the flavors as I found I had to chase down the flavor I wanted it was impossible so I went in to eCig outlet and Ashley The manager of the store was a delightful associate for E-cig she got me set up The correct way that I was actually vaping The first place I went they set me up with a freebase system knowing that I was enjoying Nic salts and instead the lady completely shut me up with the wrong stuff and I just was not happy with it but Ashley understood what I was wanting and realized that I didn't want to go back to smoking cigarettes and set me up with a great vape pen that hits wonderfully I can refill myself with the fluid that I bought from there they also mix their own fluid I haven't gone that route yet but I will try some of their in house flavors but if you get a chance to have Ashley take care of you she is a delightful breath of fresh air when it comes to great customer service and listening to your needs and what works for you and is able to set you up with something that you have more control over and you don't have to throw as much waste away thank you Ashley for your great customer service you guys have one me over as a new customer and hopefully I will continue to not smoke cigarettes no more and having the ability to bring your dose down makes a big difference also ultimate goal is to put the vape pen down and finally be free of it nicotine world baby steps and thank God to Ashley to help me along the way & e-cig...

Great shop with a ton of variety. I'm visiting from Florida and ended up staying longer than originally planned, so my personal juice mix ran out. Very grateful that I decided to shop here. Showed up right at 9am on a Monday and the young woman who assisted me was incredibly helpful. I explained the flavor profile of my personal mix, unsure of what options I was going to have. The house mix she suggested is fantastic and the juice was so beautifully clear! Simple, clean, flavorful and tailored to my strength preference for my device. I was dreading having to buy some big name retail juice, because they are almost always too sweet and discolored. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman working today, to give her a personal shout out of my appreciation. Thank you! After a couple days of hitting other people's cigarettes because of stress (haven't smoked in a few years thanks to vaping) and prior to which I was almost 6 months nicotine/vape free...
