20250312T2100 - PRICES HAVE INCREASED Pan pizza upgrade increased from $1 extra to $2 extra. Stuffed crust upgrade is $4 extra. I ordered my pizzas at 8:37 and they arrived at 8:59. I ordered one medium pepperoni and Italian sausage on extra marinara pan pizza and one pepperoni and bacon on extra ranch stuffed crust pizza. I was particularly hungry tonight and I wasn't going to let a mistake ruin my pizza. Both pizzas arrived fast and they look amazing. See the most recent photos. No rating change until I get my extra ranch medium pan pizzas perfect every time quite a few times.

20250210T1811 - I made my usual order and it arrived within the expected time. This is the best the pizzas have ever looked. See latest photos. Great job Domino's!

20250206T2031 - I made my usual order and it arrived within the expected time. I looked at the pizzas outside and they both look great. However, upon closer inspection inside and I could see that the extra ranch sauce pizza still had a noticeable border around the edge with no toppings, sauce, or cheese. I didn't bother to call Domino's to get this fixed.

20250126T2013 - Pizza arrived at 8:35 p.m. I made my usual order of two pan pizzas, one with regular sauce and one with ranch sauce, both extra sauce. You can see why the pictures they still can't get the pan right on delivery. It's better, but not much better. I wound up not making the delivery driver bring it back and get me a new one. But Domino's make line employees, please start making my extra ranch pan pizzas correctly. As you can see from my previous review, when I complained about the lack of sauce cheese and toppings on the edges, they corrected it in store and I left with a pizza that looked how it should have. So I know you can do it.

20250120T1756 - I made a mobile order for a free pizza because I had enough points. I decided to make it a pickup order since I was getting off of work. I made it a bacon and Philly cheese steak pizza with a double ranch sauce. I did the specifically to see if the same problem happened when I picked it up as when I got delivered. It happened. So when I open the box right there on the counter and ask the young man if that's how it's supposed to look with all the sauce and toppings in the center 2/3 of the pizza with nothing on the outer 1/3 when it's a pan pizza he said no. He asked if I would like another one and I said yes. The second one came out looking much better. My most recent photo is of those two pizzas side by side. They are like night and day. The young man asked if I would like the original pizza as well, which was nice. I took it. I don't like to waste food. Thank you Domino's for making it right when I pointed out the mistake.

20250117T1925 - I make my normal two pan pizza order. Currently they are having a 50% off all pizzas sale so I get one specialty and one build your own. Pizzas were out of the oven at 7:41. Pizzas didn't leave the store until 8:00. Delivery driver informed me this is boost week, hence the 50% off discount all week. Plus they are short drivers. Pizza's still arrived hot. See pictures. I asked for extra sauce on both and did not get it. The chicken bacon ranch pan pizza still has only toppings in the center 2/3 of the pizza. I don't understand why they can't get this correct. The outer 1/3 of the PAN pizza has no toppings and no sauce. It's a PAN pizza. The entire pizza should have toppings, sauce, and cheese, edge to edge. And this isn't because they're busy, this is a consistent error they seem to make.

20250119T2030 - Made my usual order at 8:02 PM and the food arrived at 8:29 PM. They still seem to have trouble getting the toppings, sauce, and cheese all the way to the edge of the pizza for a pan pizza. But it's not as egregious as some of the previous pizzas. See...

Update: December 12 2019 Got two Supreme pizza's app said they were ready but just couple min off its okay. The new cashier lady and I guess manager was great happy with the pizzas when we got home was delicious. Thanks the service has gotten much better hopefully it stays that way.

Update: July 23 2019 Bad review Because ive had bad service most of the time. This recent order they put marinara sauce instead of alfrado on chicken bacon & onion pasta boul my husband was upset they told us to come up there but we didnt have the gas to drive up there thats why we ordered for delivery. So he ate it because they wouldnt replace it and drive back to our house. That's bs i say. My order pasta was a little burnt but okay. Need better management and they argue over whos handling the money at the store when i was there couple weeks ago.

Update: June 4 2019 Today Ordered pastas and garlic knots.. Cody the Delivery Driver Was Fantastic Very Polite Gave Him A TIP😀 need more people like Cody!!

Old post: june 3 2019 I Ordered My free pizza but added things and got a sprite. At 11:30 pm said 11:56 pm kyle was going to bring my pizza had to call the place ask where my food was at 12:24am when driver came my total was 12.15$ gave him a 20$ and 15cents usually i tip something but he just started walking down my stairs and my husband said where is my change. He said oh sorry buddy i dont have any and kept walking he said so your going to walk off with my money he smiled and said if you want your money go to the store its 10 miles he was also late. And the store was closed so i called again the lady said ill have your 8$ ready for you i said this isnt righf she hung up the phone. When i got there we were right behind the driver he was sitting on the side walk twitching weird and she came out said here is your 8$ with a attitude and i she said he said he was going to the store to get your change but since you were coming up here i said no come back to the store i was trying to tell her what he said that he wasnt going to give me the money thats why i called her but she acted like we were the bad guys. He didnt call her saying oh im going to get our change. We were right behind him going to the store. She and the guy kyle need to be fired!!!!!! Think her name was tiffany or something. Worst experience EVER i also Wasted My Gas to go up there and she was rude. Never ordering from here untill...

My car was in the shop for a week last month and i was totally homebound. I was so tired and hungry one of those nights and decided on Dominoes since it's so much cheaper to get delivery from them than any of the food apps for sure!

I used the local phone number to order which was answered by an automated system. I didn't feel that the options made sense.

When my order arrived I came up and got ready to eat and realized that the pasta was incorrect. I called back and had to go through the automation system again but this time I just had to randomly select something to try and get a live employee on the phone and explain my situation. However, when I finally did, they were extremely friendly and offered to remake my pasta and deliver it. At that time I requested that they also please add two 2 L of soda. It was here in minutes.

Here however is the reason for the three stars: Domino's delivery charge is hefty in my opinion. It still beats Doordash GrubHub or Uber Eats when you're just one person, but it hikes up the bill considerably. What I noticed when looking at my credit card bill later in the week was that I was charged a delivery fee for both the original order AND the remake of the pasta. Yes I did order two sodas to come with it, but they were returning anyway because of their error. So I ended up paying $10 for two 2 L of soda.

My other complaint is that after talking to a friend, she asked did I get the two for $5.99 deal? I said no that's just for carryout. She said no when you go through the app you get the same deal. I'm not 100% sure she is right but if she is then I believe they should at least make that clear to anyone calling in to make an order.

The customer service of the store has improved considerably though over last time and I'm happy that I didn't have to put them on blast in...
