I don’t mind a wait, i used to work fast food. I understand. but to completely not care, or even TRY to get an order correct is terrible. I ordered two SPICY mcchickens extra mayo, a small fry, and a large sweet tea. it was during lunch rush, so i didn’t mind pulling into a parking spot to wait for my food. however they had already parked people into every spot available for that purpose. When i went inside to ask for my food i was treated as an inconvenience. The shorter lady, i would assume manager, who was clearly busy, did not really care and kind of just slammed my food down. and walked off, i had to get her attention bc all they did was put my food in the bag, i had to ask for sauce, which again was an inconvenience, even thought i ordered it. when i was able to eat my food, they were not spicy mcchickens like the sticker had said, they were regular, with no lettuce, and absolutely drenched in mayonnaise. DRENCHED. my tea was regular iced tea, not sweet. the only thing mcdonald’s did right today was give me a small fry. please try to be more patient, busy or not, take your time to make sure you get the orders correct. i was too overwhelmed/in a rush to even try to get this fixed, or deal with the managers bad...
Read moreI love McDonald's. I grew up thinking they were the best, fanciest food imaginable - hey, it was the 60's, they were new and cool. I grew up and had kids of my own and THEY thought it was the best. Now my grandchildren have discovered the timeless joy of a Happy Meal. No matter where I've traveled, I could trust McDonald's to be my touchstone when everything else was changed. You pull off the highway in New York, or Wyoming and your hot cup of coffee is going to be comfortingly consistent. After two weeks outside America's borders you'll want nothing so much as a Quarter Pounder with cheese, a Coke, and those wonderful addictive fries. But this location has done the stupidest thing. They built it with that ridiculous split drive thru, where drivers split into two lanes just long enough to order, then have to merge back into a single line to pay and pick up the order. This accomplishes NOTHING for the customer. Perhaps there's some advantage to the store, but I don't see it. I will not patronize the Chandler Rd location even though it is in my neighborhood. I drive across town when I get a...
Read moreThe food is always good, the orders are rarely ever messed up.
The only reason my rating is low, is because they don't give you a heads up if they're changing your order if your using the mobile app.
The customer service help, and explanation for why they're changing it could be better. Like a friendly "hey about your order; such and such item isn't available, because of that it could mess up the deal your trying to redeem to save money. Would you like to change the item to keep from spending more than what you were wanting, or would you like to go ahead and just go with what you have with the price going up a dollar or two?"... But no, nothing like that.
All I got was an "I'm sorry theirs nothing we can do about that" at the second window after they handed me the order.
I'm an understanding and open minded person, but you could have given me a heads up instead of low balling. Even with such a simple pick up order. That kind of stuff...
