Very DIRTY Chipotle! That said, I LOVE the food, The employees are so very nice and helpful. We eat at this Chipotle at least once a week sometimes 2-3 times a week so an average of 8-9 times a month as I can't get enough Guacamole!
We always eat in the dining area and I can say, EVERY TIME we visit this location the dining area is DISGUSTING!
When trying to find a table to sit ALL have leftover food and crumbs, The trash can is overfull ( See Pic ).
Many, many employees working the counter and the kitchen but I have NEVER seen an employee servicing the dining area!
Why not Chipotle? This is constantly the dirtiest restaurant in the greater Myrtle Beach area!
IMO, this is a VERY bad reflection on management and or ownership as it does not take much to direct one of those many employees to hit the table tops with some cleaner every hour on the hour and take the trash out regularly.
This is not a one off experience as its the NORM and dirty EVERY visit I make!
This location has a problem as the dirt is so bad and after every visit I can now only assume its a bad business / management / ownership culture problem as its always dirty!
The dining area floor is so dirty / stained it looks to have been 6 months to a year between a moping if ever.
I'm not a clean freak ( far from it ) but is me expecting at least one clean table to sit down at during lunch over my last 30 visits to much to ask?
It is so bad every time I visit I'm starting to wonder how dirty the kitchen area might be.
Its a shame as the food and employees are great! I once heard it said "PEOPLE EAT WITH THEIR EYES"
Next time you walk in the front door just look around.... I truly hope this location will...
Read moreHow in the world can chipotle be CONSTANTLY out of items? I love their food and I used to eat there all the time. But it became the last option on my list of where to eat due to lack of ingredients to make a perfect salad or a burrito. I strongly recommend you call them before going there because 90% of a time they won’t have what you’re looking for. I did call coastal grand mall location and they said they had everything. Guess what, they lied. They were out of dressing. How can I order a salad with no dressing?! I called another location and they said they had everything and they really did. But when I asked for 1 extra cup of dressing they charged me. It would be a great customer service if they offered that one cup of dressing to me for free since I had to drive far. Instead, the cashier guy made a nasty comment when I told him other locations weren’t charging me for extra. He said: “Well, they are missing out on the money”. I was stunned by how blunt and disrespectful he was. I paid and walked out. I know there is not enough people that want to work, but by hiring young and immature people, the company should at least take responsibility for the inconsistency among...
Read moreWe need a decent Chipotle in this area. The Myrtle Beach location is filthy and this one is run by incompetents. Tried to eat there today, but no such luck. After parking and waiting in line, I finally got to the point of ordering. It was there and only there that they had a sign stating they would only accept exact change or charge cards. I don't charge amounts under $25, and do not carry a pocket full of change. It would have made sense, a commodity sorely lacking at this location, to have a large version of this sign posted on the front door. How do places like this stay in business? Why do customers tolerate this nonsense?
Tried this location again a couple of weeks ago because the Coastal Grand Mall location has become totally disgusting. I was shocked. It was clean. The staff was courteous. Exact change was no longer required. Everything was vastly improved. I even went back a second time and was equally pleased. As a result, I am adjusting my rating. If the improvement continues, I will change rating to 5 stars.
If you've been avoiding this place as I have for many months, it might be worth...
