I have gotten food from this location twice this week using the drive thru. It has been a horrible experience both times. When I order inside, the team is fantastic but the night crew has been very bad with drive-thru service. The first order, I ordered a Pork BBQ sandwich with no slaw. The ticket did read this. Instead, I received a chicken BBQ sandwich with pickles and moldy bread. Honestly, I let this one go because I had ordered other food and it was correct. Tonight, my entire order was done incorrectly, and I noticed the same cashier did it as before. I received my Pork BBQ sandwich with slaw, my burger without condiments, and burnt hotdogs. It was unedible. I work in the service industry, I would never leave a review like this, but the phone lines never work. I have tried to leave voice mail after voicemail and never hear back. I’m attaching photos of my food. Cookout, I get it - mistakes happen and I don’t blame the cashier - but twice in one week?! Y’all use to be AMAZING for nightly food. Now it looks like sloppy seconds, with bad customer service. :/

Good burgers done right. Many fast food chains are capable of frying up a hamburger, but here, the fresh patty is grilled to perfection with your choice of size, style and sides. Not looking for a burger, the menu has a wide variety of chicken sandwiches, nuggets, strips and wraps. Hotdogs, corn dogs, quesadillas, barbecue and over 40 varieties of milkshakes. I ordered the regular 1/4 LB. burger done cheddar style with cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onions and mayo. My sides were hush puppies and coleslaw. The juicy burger came piping hot with a number of pieces of bacon and a slew of grilled onions. Hush puppies are always a sure thing and the slaw was sweet to my liking but very dry. Outdoor seating and ordering is available. Indoor seating is comfortable with minimalist appeal with open ceiling, cement floors and a combination of booths and tables. Love the music. Prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and food is good.

Order jr tray burger, fries, and hush puppies with a side order of white cheddar cheese bites and cheese quesadilla. Went through drive thru. Parked to eat first off didn’t get my cheese bites. Went inside to get them, then went to open quesadilla but for a chicken one so had to go in a second time for them to fix it. Then finally got everything went to open tray and my hush puppies were burnt bad and fries cold. Worst fast food experience I’ve literally ever had. Only thing saving was service poor kid inside that faced a mad me after several screw ups tried his hardest to fix everything as fast as he could.

Correction from my previous post. This particular location was my go to place. Unfortunately some of the workers have gotten careless and lackadaisical. Recently one evening around 8pm my wife and I went inside the location and placed our to go order. My wife has food allergens so she as well as I have to be very precautionary as you what she can induce while ordering. She will order my stripping off just Scott ask toppings on such as a Cajun chicken sandwich as an example and only leave on the hot sauce and may ask to add pickles. The cashier explicitly stated to the kitchen team what my wife asked to have added to the Cajun chicken sandwich and the toppings. #1 the order had every topping added, #2 the receipt 🧾 showed that the cashier added every topping on the receipt for specifically my wife's order with the exception of no lettuce and no tomatoes. There was mayo on the sandwich in which my wife due to her food allergens cannot eat yet they added the requested pickles also the sandwich was cold. Her as well as my hush puppies were burnt, cold and hard, my order was totally incorrect as to what I ordered. When we arrived home the entire order was in no way up to par. My wife couldn't eat a single item. Although I didn't have any food allergies the food was very horrible that we just tossed the food. My wife was so disappointed that she called the phone number on the receipt and they're sending out meal coupons which is fabulous but the question will still be "Will the management watch over the team when they may not be available?" As over the last let's say 2 months or so, the service has diminished in the latter afternoon to evening hours. My office is nearby in the area and I at times frequent the restaurant so I get to experience the quality of...

I went to Cookout for the first time today, I've heard some good things from some friends about the place. Going through the drive thru wasn't bad, there was only another two cars ahead of me (one at the window, and one ordering). The order was cheap, but my food wasn't good, at all. The burger was dry, but warm; the chicken tenders, and the cheese fries were cold; The onion rings were the biggest issue, not only were they also cold, but I put two into my burger, after taking the first bite, I taste a texture that wasn't burger, and wasn't pleasant.

I look at the quarter bitten onion ring, and see a grainy spongelike substance, (at first I thought it could be a stray piece of chicken; it wasn't chicken...I don't know what it is.) but it did have a little onion in it.

Needless to say, I'm grossed out. I can't get the nasty, dry grainy taste out of my mouth. The rest of the food wasn't good enough to give it a pass; even the bottom of my soda cup had a "rip" in it, and was leaking. The cheap price only softens the blow, but it was still a waste of gas, time, and money. Maybe, the inside, or a different location is better; but I'm just going to stick with Five Guys, or Steak n' Shake...
