Chris drove all the way from Pawleys Island to get a family box to feed my family. Got all the way back home and the worker did not put the six piece biscuit in the box. I paid $50 for the Bojangles box and it was an inconvenience to come out of my way to get food, but I did call the store and complain about the situation and their response was to come back and get the biscuits, the employee should be penalized for that mistake and he offered me to get the biscuits another day but what am I gonna do with six biscuits on my own to make up for their mistake would be to offer me a refund or some type of sympathy for what happenedI’m highly disappointed. I will never come back to this Bojangles. I hope HR sees this because they need to be shut down and...
Read moreOnce again we are disappointed with the Hwy. 17 Bypass, Surfside Beach location. I’ve eaten just about everything on Bojangles menus, and in many states. I know and love Bojangles good food. This location is just the worst I’ve ever had. This is after many tries from chicken to steak biscuits. Our biscuits today were both crunchy and chewy. The steak was hardening from being cooked long before we received our order. The Hwy 707 location, a few miles away, is consistently great. The 17 Bypass employees need to go train at the 707 location to see how it’s done. I guess I’ll have to drive farther to get food fit to eat. I was going to do an online review and get someone to contact me, but we didn’t...
Read moreThe food as always is great, my issue is with the pricing. I got a gravy biscuit combo with a Cajun filet added to it, extra gravy, with an orange juice and a large Bo rounds. It was over $12. They asked me if I wanted the extra gravy as a side, I said no, "just put it in with the biscuits", so it ended up being a lesser amount than what it would have, had it been in a little container, but I was still charged the 99 cents. It's not even the 99 cents, it's that they charged for it. In my opinion, $12 and some change is too much for a breakfast of that size. Good food though, and the people were friendly, but from now on, I'll be sticking with a plain biscuit if I...
