This 4 star review is hopefully temporary. Went on opening day and, of course, had to wait about 1.5 hours to get in the door, order and receive my sandwich. They have a marvelous assortment of Italian style hoagies as well as American--turkey, ham and tuna; premium selections like chicken cutlets Parm and other combos; eggplant; steak and cheese; and more, including "diablo" style which is hotter, spicier versions. I will also assume the hoagie roll was suffering from high demand issues--as mine was cold, pale and did not have a crust. They are very generous with their meats and cheeses. However, the hot capicola was not hot at all. It is the pink Americanized version of capricola, not the drier authentic Italian capricola. Still, the other sub chains no longer offer capricola at all and the quality of the local chains ham and salami are nowhere near as good as Primo's. More on today's mistakes: My sub was not cut in half as I requested, prosciutto was maybe one slice, and it was lacking the olive oil I ordered. Again, I put today's glitches down to opening day and crowd problems. Pricing is decent, about a buck more than Jersey Mike's. The location is brand spanking new, nice decor and jazzy branding. They do have seating, about 8-10 tables of 4 that I saw, which should be sufficient after they get through this grand opening period. They have a lot of interesting toppings like broccoli rabe, long shot and hot peppers, etc., priced per size of hoagie. I added roasted red peppers for an additional $1 on the Primo size--it was a generous portion of quality peppers. Note to self for next time--they have fresh (!) mozzarella as a cheese option! Download their app for more menu information, to order ahead, and to earn future rewards. I definitely will be returning despite the few blips today. I predict Primo's will be the best hoagie/sub shop in the Myrtle area and should earn my 5-stars next time.

Just tried these guys out today. My son, who is going through a sub sandwich phase and begs for subway every single day, has just bumped subway from it's #1 position and slipped Primo in. The staff were all very friendly and had our order out quickly even while making online orders. Everything was correct, fresh, and delicious. My husband is glad to be able to get Primos again as a Jersey native.

I have been eating Primos for 30 years. Never had a bad hoagie. Always very heavy, very good hoagie. Stuffed. I tried a small cheese steak yesterday. Very disappointed especially for the price. It was all wrapper and roll and very, very little meat. I was expecting it to be on par with their hoagies but not even close. It was very tasty but there was next to no meat in it. I will continue to get my hoagies there but no longer will I buy a cheese steak there. There may have been 2 ounces of meat on it, if that. So today, Monday the 25th I go back to order some hoagies. I drive 25 miles EACH WAY from Littler River. They have no American cheese for the American hoagie I ordered. So I get it anyway having American cheese at home along with my Italian diablo. So the girl charges me full price. I said why am I paying full price for a partial sandwich? She get the manager and she takes 75 cents off of my order price. If I ordered extra cheese I would sure be paying more that 75 cents for it. Why was someone not sent to the walmart up the street to get some American cheese? I know they must use the cheese corporate says but walmart cheese is better than no cheese at all. And to make things more fun, the owner responded after my initial review and asked me to go to a website to provide feedback. When I try to do that all I get is a blank page that says Primo Hoagies on top of it. Nowhere to provide feedback. This is strike 2. Strike 3 and Primos is out. 50 mile round trip for hoagies and 2 of the last 3 times I made the trip I came home disappointed. And on top if that I can't even provide the feedback the owner asked of me. And on top of that when I try to register for the Primos perks again I get...

We (hope) to return! Second time ordering sandwiches from here. The first time, we ordered two sandwiches ahead on their app. The approx time was 20 minutes which was perfect. When we got to the shop, we had to wait another 20 minutes on top of it. The staff was very pleasant and did their best to get our order out asap. The sandwiches were made to order and were customized just as we ordered - they we good! We just ordered lunch again today. Being that it was 11:00, we decided to order in store instead of ahead. Waited 35 minutes for two sandwiches. Once of the sandwiches was not customized as ordered. L, T, O, vinegar and salt were missing along with the request for non-seeded bread. Definitely a little disappointed this time as the quality of the sandwiches and accuracy of the order was tremendously better last time! Might give them one more shot - hopefully the can work out the kinks. They have the potential to be a great...
