Five Guys — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Sometimes it's been awhile since you had a certain food restaurant chain excetera. When five guys first opened in my town, we loved it the food was excellent. As with anything eating it everyday or every week get your little tired of it but I never had a bad experience with five guys. When we stopped at this location in Myrtle Beach on our way home it was a sad day leaving vacation, but my son and I in the blue Beastie my Ford F-150 pickup we're starving. This is the perfect storm for a five-star meal. The burgers cheese bacon perfection. The fries overflowing hot crispy and salt and vinegar to do my heart's delight. If you know about ocean City Maryland thrasher's french fries that's where five guys got it from. and I haven't been to ocean City in a good ten years but I can have a taste of ocean City Anytime with five guys. five guys however does allow you to have ketchup on your fries at thrashers the rule is no ketchup! so there we had it my son Junior and I devoured every bite of our burgers him a double me a single. We probably put down about 75% of the fries. thank u employee that day for suggesting we not get the large for two of us. so there you have it a five-star meal at five guys truly fantastic and it hit the spot that day and I wish I had...

I wanted a "real" hamburger for supper and I knew that the restaurant named "Five Guys" would feed my "mouth" and "my tummy" with real meat, so I drove to their site, ordered a take-home burger with mayo, lettuce & tomato. It filled my taste buds and made me very happy! I wanted some "sides", but nothing on the menu made me excited, so I drove to a "drive-through", bought some fried onion rings, fried cheese sticks and a vanilla milkshake. This made my tummy Happy! But, I had so much to eat, that I made 2 meals out of my order!! I love eating fresh hamburgers, made with real ground beef and Five Guys on Pine Island Road, filled that order. They are the place to eat a real HAMBURGER. I started eating at Five Guys in Charlotte, NC, when my sister introduced a real hamburger at a good restaurant, to me. So, by now you know that this is THE place to sit and eat, or to take home to eat. Go eat there or get a "take home" and you and your tummy will be very glad that you did!!! Give Guys is a large chain of restaurants specializing in hamburgers and French fries, both of which are excellent. It's a fast food, well sort of, , but sevral steps above the usual quality of fast food. First, even if the place is empty, expect it to take a few minutes for your hand made custom built burger to be cooked. Same for the fries (By the way they have a whole list if items that you can garnish your burger with, at no extra charge). The fries are fried in peanut oil, a tasty and more expensive cooking oil. The fries are also hand cut from potato's that are sourced from farms that Five Guys identify. Sodas are served from a really neat beverage machine that allows you to mix your own soda.

Don't order large burgers or large fries. The small is enough for every normal appetite. Soda:- get the small, you get all the free refills you want. This works great with a date or other person you don't mind sharing...
