DO NOT GO HERE!
If you value your jewelry and honest customer service. This is not the shop for you. I had dropped off my white and yellow gold Cross pendant and chain to them and signed off for them to change the ring holding the pendant to the chain. As well as discussed getting a small dent out of the back. They had told me they would let me know if it’s possible/ how much money it would cost.
I never received a phone call. Upon returning to the store. They hassled to find my necklace because no managers were present. The young gentlemen behind the counter showed me the cross and photos of the cross when I had dropped it off.
They added the new ring. Cut a line in the side of the cross with a saw, grooved out the dent in the back WAY worse then it was. And there are two stress dents in the front of the cross due to the horrible repair attempt that was never approved or run by me.
I returned to the shop another day when a manger would be there because I was very unsatisfied.
When returning the third time they did not even attempt to charge me for the ring they put on. Instead they were hoping I would walk out happy to not pay and they are completely denying ever touching the cross. The manager claims “i’ve owned up to $20’000 Rolex's but we didn't do the damage to your $20 cross.” I ask her to please pull up the phots of the peace when I dropped it off. She completely refused claiming its a liability to bring me behind the desk, as if that was the only way to show the picture. THIS IS BUISNESS FRAUD. I will be reaching out to the better buisness bureau. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and respect from this buisness. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Ps: adding pictures of the damage. I challenge this buisness to reply to this review with my original photos when the cross was...
Read moreBrought in two watches. Fixed both ahead of estimated time for a reasonable price. One of the watches failed again just a few weeks later but had a 5 yr warranty on the battery replacement. When I brought it back I was told they would go through it thoroughly, check and clean the contacts, etc., while pointing to a sign on the wall stating the same thing. When I picked up the watch the following day I asked what went wrong. I was told the new battery failed. I asked if they discovered any other problems when they cleaned the contacts, etc. and was informed they probably took care of all that the first time. I was also informed that brand new batteries occassionally fail because they sometimes sit on the shelf for extended periods before they get used. A few weeks later it failed again. I had an identical conversation and was greeted by a sour condescending clerk who didnt understand how their warranty system worked. She absolutely should not be the person greeting customers. It's obvious they are overwhelmed and minimally trained. The price is right but I would gladly pay more for professionals who could get it right the first time....
Read moreI hate to leave low reviews for businesses where the staff is super nice but this is one exception where I think it’s important. I took my wedding ring in to get resized, which they did great with but when I dropped it off, it was yellow and when I picked it up it was bright white. When I spoke to them about it, I was told it was a white gold ring and they had replated it with rhodium to make it white again. The problem is that when my husband bought it for me it was yellow, we never knew it had been white gold, and I don’t wear white gold at all. They took the ring back in and buffed it out to get more of a yellow hue again but not its a lighter shade of yellow than it had been and is splotchy with random white spots. They essentially ruined the single most important piece of jewelry and I haven’t even had the ring for a year 😞 they were extremely nice, but they never had even asked if I wanted it dipped in rhodium, they just did it without asking or permission when it was only supposed to be resized. I would not recommend bringing important or special jewelry here...
