This was my 2nd trip to Two Oaks Bridal Salon in Myrtle Beach my 1st trip was a month ago in January I tried on some beautiful dresses and the designers gowns i tried on was having a trunk show so I decided to schedule another appointment for a month later which was February, 25th 2023 My experience the 1st time was very pleasant everyone was very nice and friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable,In between that month appointment the salon continue to keep in contact with me with new updates on dresses along with sending photos. This was a 2 hour and 21 minute drive for me and I had faith and confidence that Two Oaks would have the perfect gown i had been looking for, that I did not go to any other salon in between that month. My experience with my associate Rachel wollard was a joy and a pleasure she made me feel so comfortable once again answering all of my questions and being very patient and understanding During my hard decision and with her help I did SAY YES TO THE DRESS and I am very pleased and looking forward to the 2 hours and 21 minutes back again For my first fitting. Easily the best bridal shopping experience in my opinion. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and go out their way to find a dress you’ll love. They reached out prior to and after my appointment to make sure I had everything I needed and welcomed me back whenever I wanted to try on a dress again before purchasing. The boutique itself is clean, organized, and comforting. I never felt stressed from the moment I entered to the moment I left. I went to 5 different shops looking for my wedding dress and none of them compared!

I also wanted to note that this was the only place I went to where I felt as though they cared about my privacy. While I do not mind changing in front of people, I know many people are not comfortable with this. The staff left the room while I dressed/undressed, provided robes while they prepared the dresses and gave me the robe again in between each dress so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. This small detail made me feel so respected and calm throughout the entire appointment and let me be in a good head space while trying on dresses!

Wow! I can’t say enough good about this boutique. I had an amazing experience with Rachel and everyone at Two Oaks! I tried on dresses at 5 bridal boutiques to be sure I wasn’t missing out on a dress I loved and for a good price. The other ones couldn’t compare. I had a feeling I’d be coming back and I did. All the way around they were the absolute best! The first visit, my friend & I called 20 mins to close. They still allowed us to try on and stayed late. I was rushing because of how I had just been rushed at the prior shop with a terrible experience. They told me not to and it was no problem. You could feel how much they cared that I had a wonderful experience and wanted to help me find the dress of my dreams. I can’t wait to wear it! They have an amazing collection of gowns. They are going to be helping my best friend find hers as well very soon as she was impressed with them too. We’re so excited to be lucky enough to share this experience together. Highly recommend!
