Absolutely the worst dining experience I have had in years. As I explain I will use W1 for the first waitress and W2 for the second waitress. First we showed up and had a 22 minute wait for a table, while I don't like waiting this is to be expected at times and hostess informed of @20 minute wait. I finally decided to get me a drink at the bar and bartender was very friendly and explained his drink specials and fixed me up. I finally get to table and W1 took our drink order which was a sweet tea for my kid's meal, and water with lemon for me and my wife. We waited and waited and then W2 shows up to take our drink order. OK... We order the same drinks again. During this time my wife had to go get a high chair for our 11 month old. Finally W1 brings our drinks which consisted of a child's water and 2 large sweet teas. WRONG.... I tried to explain and she blamed W2 for putting it in wrong and brought us a large water. Still no lemons, and I have to drink the small kids water in which no one ever asked to refill. Then W2 is back to take our order in which we ordered an appetizer along with entrees because we were starving. Got fried pickles and it only had about 16 in the basket and it took a long time to come out. Later we got our food except for the steamed broccoli that my wife was going to share with our 11 month old. When W1 checked on us we told her she didn't get the broccoli. In the end I'm trying to get someone's attention so I can pay and get out of there and I get W1 attention and explain we never got broccoli and the 2 sweet teas we didn't order she assured me ticket would be adjusted then blamed W2 for the mistakes. I get the check and low and behold there is a sweet tea charge on there. It took me 5 minutes explaining to W1 the kids meal included drink and we shouldn't get charged for one since me and wife ordered water. It still seemed like she was doing me a favor by taking off the tea, then explained she didn't charge for my margarita which I was quick to tell her " I HOPE NOT BECAUSE I PAID FOR IT AT THE BAR BEFORE I GOT SEATED". BAD...
Read moreHard to say when you get the food ToGo. Pros: Staff was friendly, my order was correctly made to the T (which is a rare occurrence for most restaurants around these here woods). Cons: It took approx. 10 mins longer than the original 15-20 mins I was told it would take to get ready on the phone when I placed the order but really not that big of a deal. My one main complaint, and this really goes not just for Chili's, but for the majority of restaurants that offer Take Out. . .using containers that don't have vents to let the steam escape is probably the WORST way to send hot food home with a customer, especially if there's anything that is supposed to be crispy like anything fried (french fries, fried chicken etc.), toasted buns/bread, chips...whatever it is, it turns into a soggy pile of mush when piping hot food gets sealed in a plastic or styrofoam container. There are several cost effective ways to avoid that entirely. containers with holes so the steam escapes (most styrofoam containers have the little perforated punch outs in the corners), putting fried menu items in a paper bag with a deli sheet to soak up any grease or moisture that purges, waiting until the very last second to box the order, if you have to box it prior or the customer is running late to get it...just leave the lids open until they show up. I don't know about anyone else but I personally would much rather have my food be room temp or cold even if it meant that my chicken tenders and fries were still crispy making it really easy to bring them back to temp without losing the texture by throwing them on some foil in my toaster oven for a couple of minutes. I'm not mad and I'm not trying to tell y'all how to run your restaurant or do your jobs, but every kitchen I've ever worked in the cooks know to do those tricks for Call In Orders....

On this first visit to Chili’s on North St. I was the guest of regulars who advised me on the menu. And more importantly I was introduced to Angela who knows her business. She will be my requested server on all future visits.
The restaurant is clean, has adequate parking, comfortable, and plays music that is nice to enjoy while there and not too loud.
Besides the tasty food selections have reasonable prices for nice portions.
We ordered the 3 for $10. One outstanding deal for a party of three. $10 per person is a steal.
Started with Chips and Salsa.
The special comes with your choice of a non-alcoholic beverage. Unsweetened Iced Tea was my choice.
You get to then order Soup or Salad. Nice salad with Ranch Dressing was good.
Following the lead of my hosts the Entrée we all decided on was the Margarita Grilled Chicken served with Mexican Rice and Black Beans.
Tasty and a nice portion which included three pieces of chicken.
Other possible dishes are the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas and Chicken Crispers among others; all for another day.
This restaurant has an extensive menu with many possibilities to select from or combine.
And a major plus for those of us watching our calorie intake the menu and their website provides that information. This is the only place I visited that has done this for their customers.
Some of the best service I have encountered with tasty and diversified food dishes in a pleasant environment and at a reasonable cost causes me to give Five Stars even after...
