Run fast and far! All the prices are inflated from the list you can choose from. Choose deli lunchmeat ham for 11.00 and you will get ham that was $3.53. Many things from my order were missing, others wrong (tonic water and club soda instead is drinking water), and when I contacted him about it...I asked for the receipt of what was really spent. I got about $200 dollars of groceries after preordering and paying almost $600.00. He stated he made money by marking up each product but then why charge a fee? The day before we were coming to Corova, he called after he had my money and said that wasn’t a normal delivery place for them and he wanted another $200.00! I will continue to write these reviews and warn others until he refunds my money. He still would not prove with the receipt what he delivered and paid for and I have the receipt of what he charged. This is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. My next stop is the BBB. Do not trust this company! I have photos of all the groceries with the prices on it and what he charged me as well as what was wrong and missing. I can back up what I paid and what I got so why not share the receipt of what you actually bought with my money? Read moreDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I looked them up prior to my trip in July and saw the great reviews. I was very nervous about going to the grocery store during the pandemic. I spent over 2 hours preparing my list for the week and had an order of $525.66. I processed my payment. I received a voicemail at 10:48PM the night prior to my 10AM delivery the next morning that my order could not be processed because of COVID regulations. Don't know why that was not posted on their website?? They told me I would a refund by Monday (2 days later from my original order). I have yet to see a refund 2.5 weeks later and I have put through a dispute with my credit card company. I have been told that the dispute has not been resolved. Don't know why there would even be a dispute considering I paid $525.66 and received no groceries? I call the phone number on the website and receive a voicemail that is full and you can't leave a message. I am a very honest person that tries to see the best in all people. When I did the online order I requested a drop off for the late afternoon, after checkin. Once I realized our frozen food was intended to be in the "cooler" in a vehicle for 8 hours I became concerned about the safety of our frozen items. Doug was belligerent, abusive and insulted me multiple times. He even hung up on me. The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.
