It is currently 9:42pm, Big Chill closes at 10:00pm. The lady working came to the front and started closing everything at 9:30pm. This was unfair to the customers that are coming and wanted to get frozen yogurt. She told the customers coming after that time that they were closed when in fact it says on, not only online, but on the door as well that they close at 10:00pm. I usually like this place, but my last experience was not so good. I had taken my yogurt off the scale and placed it on the counter. My daughter put hers on the scale and accidentally knocked mine off. She cleaned most of the mess, and I was still charged for it. As I was checking out my small ice cream cone weighed 12.3 n the free ice cream number was 12.4 they usually give it to you if your that close but I was like whatever ok so then the rest of my family weighed there ice cream cups that were completely full and mine still weighed more, I was confused as the customer went to the back I weighed my cone and it weighed 7.4!
