Went in yesterday to have food and drinks with family and friends for my fiance’s Birthday. Sat ourselves at a table in the bar, sat for about 15 minutes, watched another table sit down next to us, and then proceeded to sit their for another 10 minutes while we watched the table that just sat down get their water brought over, menus, and eventually their beer order. SEVERAL WAITRESSES walked by our table, not a single person acknowledged a 4 top waiting with no menus, no water, no drinks, for 25 minutes!! Mind you there are 4 waitresses sitting gossipping at a table in the bar area alone, eating food, then getting up without washing their hands to run food to tables. They were not busy at all, maybe 40% of their tables had people at them who already all had their food and drinks, the entire restaurant was standing around in groups of employees laughing, giggling, not working... I mean, it’s a service industry and you’re there to perform a service. When I took my complaint to the host station, no one apologized, she walked off, told the manager, who took about 5 minutes to lumber over to the back and tell someone that our table was waiting for service. An annoyed young woman came out, said, what can I get you - no apology for 30 minutes of waiting at this point. She took our beer order, showed up 15 minutes later with it, She never checked on us again after she served the beers, we had to ask a food runner to send our check out because after 65 minutes of wasted time, we were tired of waiting on the worst service we’ve EVER had.... We paid out check and left. I will say that the managers lack of attention to his staff is the biggest issue with this place, overstaffed with people who don’t want to work for a living (4 hosts at the hostess station and not a single one thanked us for coming in or greeted us when we arrived, too busy talking...). Maybe stop hiring kids right out of high school or hire a manager that will do his job, problems start and end with management and I have got to say, after a complaint of no service after 25 minutes of sitting down, being served after other tables and no apology at all, you can quite clearly see the problem is the managers lack of care or attention to his job or his patron base. My sister and her family arrived 11 minutes prior to my family, at which point she was advised of a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. We had a party of 9, that included 5 children of which 3 were 4 and under. The wait wasn't the issue; however, the hostess was miserable and didn't give any attention to her job or her responsibilities of being a hostess. After nearly an hour of waiting, my sister went to ask about how much longer as the kids were getting impatient, she was told about 10 or 15. Then another 30 minutes goes by and nothing, so my husband proceeded to ask again of the wait status. He was then told they were no longer seating people at this time, and he replied with, " we've been waiting for over and hour and you are just now telling us this!" The hostess then scrolled to the bottom of a list and said oh give me 5. She stumbled around talking to multiple servers, then came back and grabbed menus, dropping some on the floor, then eventually called my sister's name. We were seated finally. We sat for another 15 without anyone greeting us or even acknowledging we were there. Another table of 8 or 9 walked in and was seated abruptly and had a server within 2 minutes of being seated. We still had not had anyone at this point we left, and the server, of whom I blamed, said go ahead and tell my manager with an awful attitude!!! Will not be going back and wish there was an option for 0 stars rating as they do not deserve any. Also note, another family of 8 came in was wait listed for about 20 and sat before us. I truly believe the hostess gave them our spot, yet we were waiting in the lobby the entire time, we never were angry or frustrated until the point of being told they were no longer seating anyone after waiting for over an hour!! MANAGERS, this Absolutely needs addressed immediately and your hostess from tonight should no longer have a job! This is coming from someone who has managed a restaurant as well as an additional family member who was present tonight managing one. This is inexcusable behavior!! Read moreFirst time eating here in over a year with family and our service was awful and I hate to say it but as someone who's served/serves that was awful. Kaleigh(our server)came by with drinks after waiting 10-15 minutes and had wrong drinks for 2 of us (7 of us in total) and forgot 3 drinks. Then proceeded to take forever just for water, after 10 minutes took our orders which was good timing, but then everyone else that worked there that night basically brought the food out then forgot 2 burgers as they sat in the window since I could see them from where I was sitting, and they waited a solid 5-10 minutes till they got it as everyone is already eating and they are just watching. She didn't check on us for 45 minutes! That's ridiculous we had no refills during that time no check up to see how things were which 2 of our meals were overcooked, absolutely NOTHING. I had to ask the HOST for napkins and then ask for a manager after no one even came by at all during that time, which I shouldn't have to do in the first place. He came to our table and was very nice and accommodated my friends meal (Jeff was the manager, thank you for being kind, fast and courteous) but then she came back 20 minutes after taking our cards and absolutely messed everything up(how idk how) so 3 of us ended up with the wrong payments and missing order on one, and then had to wait another 30 minutes before she came back just to give one my cousins attitude just to go back and try fix everything again which in that time frame 2 tables had all there stuff and boxes and refills and left before we even got our payments back. There is no way on this planet that it should have been that difficult and neither should we have been treated like that especially since no one was even there and we were nothing but respectful. I hope next time we are back it's better service and experience...
