Went thru drive thru, was told to pull around, waited 15 minutes along with a couple other cars. I went inside and they were throwing away full orders. I said wait, that's probably mine. They made me get my receipt because they were confused. The idiot in charge said, ok everyone, this order is priority. Had the fryer person put in fries and mozzarella sticks. I said, it was curly fries and Mac n cheese, she went and found my receipt and told the cook to change it. They had to wait to finish what they already put in. Then she grabbed that, the wrong stuff, and put it in the bag she was throwing away when I walked in. Turned and handed it to me. I asked her to check it please. Not one thing I ordered in the bag. She yelled at cooks, who were doing their jobs correctly. I said, my bag is by the fryer where you put it 10 minutes ago, Finally with my direction, she got my items in a bag. Asked if I would like cookies for the Hassel, I said sure, she said what kind, I said both. She said both what, Both kinds of cookie that you just offered, she said. You could have the pies, but we are out. I said, then I guess we will stick with cookies. She looked at my receipt and said I didn't order cookies. Read moreThe only reason I go there is for the French dip even though customer service has been lacking now on several occasions. I decided to give them another chance last night and it was disgraceful. A bunch of kids running the place, shouting and using profanity at each other. I asked them to kindly stop shouting and swearing as it was offensive to the patrons inside the store at the time including young children that were dining in with their parents. Took 12 minutes to take my order and I was the only person at the counter at the time. The place was dirty, food all over the floors. They couldn’t get peoples orders correct, etc. Cars standing outside waiting for orders that were incorrect. One gentleman inside the store told me he had been waiting nearly an hour for his order. Then on leaving the store 25 minutes later I was accosted by a young man swearing and shouting at me, telling me he is an employee of Arby’s and how dare I say anything to the employees about them swearing and shouting, because they are just so stressed. He was shouting, swearing and shoved me a few times. Found out a while later that he was an ex-employee. Couple issues with the food, first the presentation was not good, sandwiches were served messy and in between fluffy/flattened I call this type of Sandwhich ERS (Employee Revenge Sandwich)😏! The Sandwiches taseted good, it's just the fact that if I want a flatter sandwich, I should be the one to flatten it🤷♂️!!The Onion Rings are Breaded & not Battered as the Picture on the menu shows, that was a HUGE bummer☹, as I only like battered Onion Rings. The "Black Bowl" was both Good 😋 and Bad 🤢, the Pulled Pork was really chewy because of the high gristle content 🙊🤦♂️... On the plus side, the restaurant was clean, & the 3 employees who assisted me & took my order were all very nice and respectful, Isaiah went a step further with his customer service, so THANK YOU👏!
