As a huge fan of soft pretzels I was very much looking forward to this place opening up especially since it's in the same complex as the business I work in. I love places like Wetzels but we just don't have anything over on this side of Nampa so this was great news.
I have a nut allergy, one of the most common allergies on the planet. My first time going in I was excited to try so many things on the menu. When I mentioned my nut allergy the young girl at the register was like "yeah..you can't eat anything here".
I was blown away by this blunt statement. Her excuse was they have an almond pretzel, ok great, but they use the same butter across all of their pretzels and don't keep their items as separated as they can. One of the most common allergies in the world and absolutely nothing done to remotely try to get that extra business and keep people safe? What? I ended up just getting a smoothie and leaving disappointed. I will never return here unless something is done to accommodate folks. It's not even that much of an ask. Anyone I have mentioned this too is just as shocked, esp for a first time experience.
Sadly, I can't honestly recommend this establishment. I am all ears for management to reach out to me I am a really easy going guy who only wanted some pretzels and to support a new business...

I donât like to leave bad review as it affect businesses and i donât wish that for anyone. So Iâll keep it 5 stars.
My compliant is if the pretzels are going to take 20 minutes let me know when i order instead of having me sit around and hearing that itâs another 7 minutes until they are done while talking to a customer doesnât work for me, i am just trying to grab something quick before heading into work and i could go to many places to do that but this wait is ridiculous, 24 minutes since i ordered with no update from the crew on food time. Order took over 40 minutes to get, half of our order was cold and half was fresh, one worker making drinks was not in the best mood telling other co-workers she was âtoo busy to get to an order so they will have to waitâ. Then watched one of the cooks eating while making food. Managements way of offering an apology was to make a half apology the other manager said we should call ahead next time if time is an issue!
