Campos On Lonestar — Restaurant in Nampa

I was told by a friend to go get the mega burrito. I went, it was a cool place . Set inside a grocery store, it was cool. I order the mega burrito. Not a long wait . It was definitely a huge burrito . Could have used less meat and more rice and beans inside the burrito. I’ve never had to say it but it definitely had too much meat. I mean that in a good way too. There was no space for nothing inside the burrito. It was pretty much all meat. I will definitely go back!!!! It was a really good burrito and also, price??? I think it was around 13 to 15 dollars with a drink. I would have given it. 5 star but I literally had to leave some of the meat on the plate when I was done. The mega burrito is one that you buy from campos and take it home to feed a family of three or four. It tastes great, priced really good and service was good...

There's a lot to review here. I'd say tacos are 4 star for flavor but everything else about this place is 5.

The tacos are packed- TONS of meat! One single fat tortilla, at a very good price. Overall, the tacos are good, but not super amazing. Good for grabbing a bunch if you have an event- you won't offend any guests. But, the only standout flavors were the Adobada and Asada. Those two were the best. The Chorizo and Carnitas were both ok. When I go back I'll be happy to grab a few adobada, a few asada, some bacon wrapped Jalapeño, and just chill.

The salsa verde is super mild- needs some heat or just added jalapeños.

The atmosphere in the place is pretty nice, live music on a Saturday morning?!? And what looks like a great carneceria, both the cold meats and prepared goodies. Good place to grab some tacos...

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The employees go out of their way to help you find whatever you're looking for. There is a wide selection of meats and there is a produce section. There are a lot of dry goods as well. I also placed a special order for some pumpkin and fruit filled empanadas. I was told when the baker delivers. Good location and plenty of store parking. There's even a restaurant with plenty of tables and seating. There's quite a menu where everything is prepared fresh inside the store. My wife and I enjoyed our very first shopping visit.
