My husband came here to see what we could do about fixing his radio system, and potentially buy a new radio system but the guy at the front counter was on his phone the whole time! My husband kept asking him questions and the guy was so short to him and would right away go back to his cell phone. My husband was going to buy a new system from this place but I'm so not sorry I told him to hell with this place and this customer service. We will not support a company who does not seem to care about a potential paying customer! The being on your cell phone the whole time, with rude manners, and short responses is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. This is 2018 I get that everyone has a cell phone, but when you're on the clock and you have customers coming into your company or the company you work for take some initiation and serve that customer with respect. BE AWARE… I took my car in to have an amp and sub installed. I just purchased this car 3 months ago brand new. I’ve driven it maybe 5 times. After the work was done I noticed scratches on the driver door sill plate (dents and scratches) that were not there when I dropped it off. I called the owner he was defensive stating he would take a look at it but that they didn’t even work or go in the drivers side of the car and put protection mats over where they did work. These scratches were not there when I dropped the car off for install. Their claims of not working in the front of the car are false. Honestly. One of the best places you could go to support a local homegrown business. Tommy and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was very competitive, considering the high level of products they use. Installation was flawless, and the crew took the time to walk us through operation of all the equipment they installed. Special amount of care is taken in tuning, the system and the appropriate Time-frame to break in the subwoofers have been set up and we will go back to finish the tuning. After everything has been running for a while.
