My husband came here to see what we could do about fixing his radio system, and potentially buy a new radio system but the guy at the front counter was on his phone the whole time! My husband kept asking him questions and the guy was so short to him and would right away go back to his cell phone. My husband was going to buy a new system from this place but I'm so not sorry I told him to hell with this place and this customer service. We will not support a company who does not seem to care about a potential paying customer! The being on your cell phone the whole time, with rude manners, and short responses is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. This is 2018 I get that everyone has a cell phone, but when you're on the clock and you have customers coming into your company or the company you work for take some initiation and serve that customer with respect. After the work was done I noticed scratches on the driver door sill plate (dents and scratches) that were not there when I dropped it off.
