Antlers Boutique — Local services in Nampa

I had been eyeballing this little boutique for a while and finally some extra time to walk in & browse. I have to say I was quickly disappointed. I walked in, no greeting, the lady up front up looked and me and quickly looked away. I said “hi, how are you?” She replied with a not so amused response and simply said “hi” in the most annoyed manner. I walked around for a bit, she never asked if there was anything she could help with (like most people would), never moved from her chair. Someone walked in that she obviously knew and they carried on a conversation the whole time. I wish my first experience here would’ve been better as I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately I felt so awkward that I decided to just leave. As I left I looked back at her to give her a smile & a wave… honestly hoping she’d said SOMETHING, ANYTHING, like possibly a “thanks for coming in, or have a nice day” but nothing. She never even acknowledged that I was there. So sad and quite honestly the worst customer service/small town hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I do have to add that if there was an option for negative stars that’s what I would’ve given here, 1 star is the lowest possible rating but this boutique doesn’t even deserve that 1 star. By far my most favorite boutique! Kristi and her mom are friendly and caring and go out of their way to make your experience a good one. Kristi is so helpful in picking out outfits and sizes and providing positive feedback. She's always getting new items in so you could go weekly and see new stuff on her racks. Her prices are very fair and she supports and promotes other local businesses...this says so much about her. The store is always clean and organized with roomy private dressing rooms. I love walking through their doors and seeing either Kristi or Rhonda's smiling faces. They truly care about their clients and have my returning business...

Took my daughter's for a stroll down town came across this lil shop today. Felt like home walking in the ladies were so sweet. My cup runith over when my self conscious daughter tried on a dress she came out of the dressing room and the ladies that work there lavished her with compliments and suggestions. My daughter so needed that little boost. I honestly haven't seen her smile like that in a while. Thank you ladies for making her feel so good about herself. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️...
