RESCUERESCUE
I could not believe the rudeness and the disrespectful attitude that came from an employee. So I asked the lady at the register what the name was of the lady employee who was rude and she said “that’s Jen, our MANAGER” !?UM WHAT!? I just had a MANAGER speak to me that way? So who do you complain to when the manager is the one that needs training? Who do I talk to about the cinnamon twists still being doughy?? (See photos) Who do Inform that the lemonade (that my THREE YEAR OLD WAS DRINKING) tastes ROTTEN!? (which may actually be the water that it’s hooked up to, that tastes bad.) Who do i tell I wanted a refund? Defiantly not JEN- THE MANAGER. My friend wasn’t even standing there while Jen and I spoke, and he could tell she was being rude and had attitude by her facial expressions. She wouldn’t even let me talk. She very rudely kept cutting me off and speaking to me like I was a child that didn’t know what I was saying. All I did was ask if they could put a bbq pizza out. (After all, there were only 4 pizza options at the time. Plenty of open space on the counter.) There are only 2 pizzas I’ll eat. Robie creek, and the bbq one. The first time I tried the Robie creek was ON THE BUFFET a few years back but they had since discontinued it for the buffet. So freaking forgive me for asking for THE ONLY OTHER PIZZA I THOROUGHLY ENJOY. That delicious bbq. She was rude and let me know they rotate out and “they may not have it one time after having it the time before” and okay. I can Live with that. But the attitude I cannot stand. Like, when I mentioned the Robbie creek she didn’t even let me finish my sentence before barking at me that they no longer had it, and hadn’t had it on the buffet for a long time. RUDELY. LIKE Yes, JENNIFER! If you weren’t so RUDE to your customers I could have finished stating that!! I also think the eggs in the salad bar were bad. Very disappointed in this visit and I won’t be back to this location. Someone should really re-train Jen for being so disrespectful and having such terrible customer service. Zero out of 5 stars for todays visit.

UPDATE: Since my last review I have been in a few times. Staff has definitely stepped up their game. The pizzas look good, Taste good and there's plenty of it. Even when they had a big long line today they were being eaten as fast as they brought them out but they were bringing them out like clockwork. it was awesome great job. We got her at about 130pm with a party of six. When we paid (over $60)they informed us that the Buffet went until 2pm we are regulars so we knew that already. What surprised me is this is how much pizza they had out and they only brought one out after this. The dining room was approximately 75% full. They stopped bringing pizzas out at about 145pm. When I asked them if they were gonna bring out any more pizzas, they said "no this is all we're gonna put out" if I was the franchise owner of this restaurant I would be very irritated with the customer service, or rather the lack there of. And there soda machines were also lacking and had two different sodas that were out of order. Clearly, there is some management issues with this location. Im not normally one to complain but this was a disturbing experience and has left an uncomfortable feeling for me.

One of my daughter's loves the wings, another one loves the cheesy twists. Recently I have noticed it is not as clean and I am hoping that resolves. The front cashier was handling money and then filling ranch cups (fingers in the cups) and a few other things where I didn't see hand washing. I'm gonna give this particular location 5 stars because my family has been going here since they opened. Through the opening after covid and at least 1-2 times per month. The salad bar is fantastic. I LOVE Idaho Pizza. In my opinion, the pizza is the best in Idaho. The salad bar is GREAT. That is why they get stars at all!

Idaho Pizza used to have the best customer service as well. People were friendly and courteous.

This is a newer location and we've been here several times. Yesterday took the cake. We had a group of Special Olympic athletes we were treating to dinner before heading to the Idaho Horsemen football game.

When we went in there were 3 gals at the front. None of them greeted us or asked if they could help us. I finally went to see if there were tables. I saw 2 girls in the salad bar area and asked about putting some tables together since there were 14 coming. They said "no, our policy is most of the group has to be there". I was ordering for the whole group and still nope. There were 5 of us there and the others were suck 4 mins away in construction. I went back to the front and one girl asked if she could help us. Yay! I explained the situation and she said "our policy is..." Ok, I get it!! I still want to order for all of us. She said "I guess we could put some tables together". Another girl came up and said "umm we are short staffed!"

I go to place the order as the others in our group were walking in. The girl was extremely irritated that I had a big order. I said "if it would be better for you guys we can go somewhere else?" She said "it's fine".

We go to the tables and the floor was horrendous with napkins, trash, pizza/salad debris. Again, "we are short staffed.." Everyone is short staffed. Customers are patient (for the most part) because we get it!

The pizza comes out and is way over done. Oh well we aren't saying anything since they are already irritated there are 14 of us. We realize a few minutes later they forgot the breadsticks. I asked 4 different people about them! The 2 girls from the salad area said they would "check on it". Nothing. I went back up and asked one of the girls at the front. She said she would check on it. She came back and said "they forgot it will be 7 mins".

They bring the breadsticks and bam! The power goes out. The staff got chaotic and freaked out. Luckily, there was one guy who kept his cool (staff) who came and talked to the customers. It was a big power outage in the area.

We grabbed a box and headed out because our special needs adults couldn't handle the chaos from the staff running around.

This location is a hot mess. Everytime we've been here the customer service has been very disappointing. $200 later, we had overdone pizza, snotty staff, trashy floors/tables, a power outage (not their fault), and a partridge in a pear tree.

The ONLY reason we went to this location is because it is across the street from the Idaho Center where the football...

2nd update... I have adjusted my review as Justin made an honest attempt to correct the problem and I feel this has been done. I went in recently and had a great experience and everyone was very friendly. I also really appreciate the effort that was taken to improve. I had no issues, the service was fantastic, and most importantly the food was wonderful. Thank you for reaching out and making the effort to fix things. I greatly appreciate it.

Update... I submitted my feedback as requested and never heard back. Typical service of this particular location. As stated before... The other location in Nampa on 12th Ave is great. Skip the Idaho Center location as they cut corners and skimp on quality. Shame...

Completely disappointed with the quality control at the Idaho Center location. I have ordered the cascade chicken with extra tomato and no mushrooms 4 seperate times and they cannot seem to get it right . Sometimes there are only tomatoes and chicken. Sometimes it's everything missing but chicken and cheese. Sometimes it's no tomatoes and extra mushrooms. I've ordered like this from the Iowa location dozens of times and never had a problem. Very disappointing. Then I sit there while they fix it and never even offer a water to drink while I wait. The other locations have always tried to provide quality services for customers. I'm not asking for much... Just try to get the order right and if you mess it up at least apologize for the mistake and make an effort to fix it. It's a real shame because I've had nothing but great things to say about the other locations. This place just happens to be close. I have to now go out of my way to go to one that has better quality service and can get the order right more times than not. They also tried to charge me for sauce. I've never been charged for a single extra sauce to go with the pizza anywhere else. That is just petty and if you want to charge for extra sauce just add the cost to the pizza initially and make sauce free Those additional costs are just over the top and make me think twice about eating here. Other locations don't charge and neither does Flying Pie... And they are in Nampa too. Please make an honest...
