The Egg Factory — Restaurant in Nampa

I have never experienced worse service in my life, no exaggeration. My family went in for breakfast this morning. The server was very short fused, hurried, rude and unwelcoming. My adult daughter asked her if she would mind starting with someone else when taking her order and the server literally said "I knew you were going to be a problem" - no joke, no smile, deadpan. This is the only interaction she had had with my daughter - they spoke no words before this point. My daughter told her that she wasn't trying to be problematic, she just didn't know what she wanted yet. Then when the food came out, she brought out my daughter's food last and asked "were you worried?" and gave her a snarky look. When she was clearing plates, she cleared a plate and said "you aren't going to need a box for this" and took the half eaten plate of food away. My son told her that he would like a box and she looked back at him and continued on to throw his food away - no box, no leftovers. She simply walked away from the table and ignored the request for a box. The server is older, short hair, not sure what her name is. We will never go back and will tell anyone and everyone who will listen. They were short staffed for sure, but this was above and beyond the normal hurried server stuff. She was downright rude, unwelcoming, and gave terrible service - on purpose it would seem. The service industry is tricky now due to staff shortages, wages.......I try my hardest to accept if someone is in a hurry or having a bad day. This was the absolute worst...

The food was good and decent... ALISHA IS AWESOME!! "Narkita" or whatever her name is AWFUL Service!! I called in added my name to the waiting list upon my arrival I notified a waitress at the counter I had arrived... As the waitresses changed out customers on the waiting list we kept getting skipped.. So I politely went up to the 2 waitresses that were at the counter, as I asked if we were gna get seated "Narkita" or however you say her name was extremely rude with a very bad attitude.. She interupted rudely with a strong tone which made me felt like I was yelled at.. She stated "Well You have to notify us when you get here" as I tried to mention that we did notify and we were getting skipped. "Narkita" made this rude and annoyed face while speaking to the other waitress and then walked away.. As an expirenced abd former CSR if shes having a bad day maybe she should just stay in the back and not deal with people.. I was soo angry that I was about to leave. I have to say the food is always wonderful and most of the service is great. However, I have now witnessed three altercations between staff and customers where the staff are extremely rude. I was sitting in the restaurant after eating breakfast visiting with an old friend I haven’t seen in years And we were very conscientious about if they were empty tables or not. There were a couple groups of people waiting to be seated, but they were nine open tables that I could see so I didn’t think much about it until a waitress that was not our waitress came along and said if you’re done eating, we have people waiting that want your table and then did a circle motion with her hand like let’s move it. I thought it was very, very rude since there was plenty of tables available still. Then when I called to tell the management about it, whoever answered the phone started going off about some situation. I know nothing about and they don’t discriminate against people. I finally had to cut her off and tell her I didn’t know what she was talking about. That’s not what I was complaining about so apparently they have even more problems than...
