Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Nampa

This place used to be great. Idk who they started hiring but the service and food has gone way downhill. Here's 3 separate occasions I've gone:

1: Went and got corndogs for me and my Grandpa. Service was OK, but the corndogs were completely uncooked in the middle, the batter was still runny.

2: Went at 10PM to get a slush and a burger. 1 person started to take my order and told me to hold on. Then another person started taking my order and just stopped halfway through and wouldn't say anything. So i drove up to the window and all 5 employees are sitting in a circle talking and laughing. They wouldn't even serve me.

3: Went with my dad to get some quick food for the fanily at around 9pm. We ordered 3 burgers and some boneless wings, as well as some jalapeno poppers and mozarella sticks. You would have thought we were asking the guy to do Vector Calculus in his head. He couldn't wrap his head around what we were trying to order. Finally we thought he got it and he read it back correctly, but then it took them 20 minutes to make the food, he gave us a small bag with 2 tater tots in it and told us that's it. We were like "No dude we ordered like $25 worth of food" and he finally realized what was going on and we got our food. Got back to the house and checked that there were 2 burgers, an order of onion rings, the wings (thankfully those were alright) and mozarella sticks. Completely wrong.

Went last night to get a blast and some drinks before they closed. Lights, music and everything were still on and it was about 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. We waited at the drive through for 10 minutes before driving around to see if anyone was in the building. We weren't the only ones in line either. Eventually we went to the walk-up order menu and clicked it. An employee went out to talk to someone outside and we asked if they were open. He said no as they were "backed up". I worked in food service and can honestly say they were doing closing tasks without acknowledging anyone in the drive through. We asked the guy to let others know and he said they were telling people they were closed. They weren't. There were about 5 cars in line waiting to get their order taken. I have never seen such uninterested employees. If you decide to close early, PUT A SIGN ON THE DRIVE THROUGH! We drove 20 minutes to get to this sonic that was supposed to be open until midnight. I get if you're short staffed but there were at least 4 people in there and they were able to socialize with people in cars outside and such but not have enough time to let the people in the drive through know that they...

I just moved to Boise Idaho from Spokane Washington and every sonic’s I have been to including the one in Post Falls Idaho because I was close to the state line of Washington and Idaho, have been wonderful. My mother and I thought that going to sonics would be great because we love their food… Apparently their food may be the same but It all depends on which location you go to. This location is not good. Bad experience and I will never go to this sonic’s again. The corn dogs that my mother-in-law ordered were dry and she said it seemed like they were sitting under the warmer for a while. Not only that I ordered a chicken strip meal for my son and I got chicken chunks. I also ordered a grilled cheese sandwich… Let’s just say that it was not grilled and barely cooked. So I brought it back to them and ask them if I could have an actually grilled cheese sandwich and I was brought out the same exact thing that I got to begin with...
