McDonald's — Restaurant in Nampa

What a gong show.

Ordered a 4 piece nugget kids meal, Quarter with cheese combo only ketchup large sized & an additional four piece nugget. Had to pull card out because cashier forgot to give a table tent, then re run card after she modified order. Then she hands me a large and medium drink. I ask for kids drink when she goes to grab medium. I say didn't need a medium then she tells me she put the second four piece as a meal. I ask for a refund and the first manager comes over and looks at the receipt and rightfully confused and I had to repeat what i ordered about 5 times. They finally realize just changed kids drink to medium (Strike 1). Meal comes out after what feels like an eternity and my quarter pounder is wrong "No Cheese, but everything else" (Strike 2), go to counter and explain they take back and can here kitchen staff and manager arguing over what it should have been (apparently expediter bagged wrong one, as there were 2 special orders at time). As i'm waiting the first manager walks by and i make the comment batting a 1000 tonight, she just laughs, like their poor service is a joke. Sandwich finally comes back up and 2nd manager is confused and has to ask around before being told by first its for me. At this time I ask for regional managers number and she gets it for me. By time make it back to my table it's been 18 minutes since first ordered. Open up burger and take a bite and it's PINK (Strike 3). Took back to front and 2nd manager asked if still wrong and told it was pink and tossed on counter and went back to daughter in play center (I had to walk away before making a scene). Never heard another word...

My mother visited this location to get breakfast for myself and her grand children. She ordered 6 sausage biscuits. When she got home she announced to the house that she brought home breakfast and it was waiting in a bag on the dining room table. I grabbed a sandwich from the bag, unwrapped it, and took a bite. I noticed that the sandwich had egg in it and informed her of it. She was concerned and asked me to check the other sandwiches and they all had egg in them. I asked to see the receipt and saw that she had been charged for 6 sausage biscuits with egg which was a much higher cost than it would have been if they completed her order with what she asked for. She called and spoke with the manager Madison and she asked her to come back with the food and they would exchange them. I told her I would go since she was tired. I went back to the store but instead of dealing with Madison she had Karyn help me. Karyn told me that since I only came back with 5 of the 6 sandwiches she would only reorder them and give me the difference for the cost of the 5 I returned. I took the food home and called back a second time and was able to speak to Madison again and let her know that Karyn only refunded us the difference for part of our order even though we didn't order any sandwiches with egg. Madison asked me to come back and she would handle it. At this point I am making a third trip (my mother's first trip plus my first trip and now my second trip) to get this order corrected. When I got there Madison gave me the refund for the 6th sandwich and offered me a cookie. Is that the best McDonalds can do? ...

I have nothing against McDonald's at all. But the one on 12th here in Nampa I will never return to ever again. I'm so disappointed for anyone who thought it was okay for what you did!!. My brother and his friend was at my house and they were hungry. My mom and my friends Liz Hodes and Jessie Evans amd I went to McDonald's on 12 to go get food. We did two seperate orders. One double quarter pounder, fish fillet, mcdouble, amd chicken sandwich . the second order was the $10 dollar bundle. We went up amd the guy was like you have to orders I said yes. He gave us two bags and said your good to go. We stopped in the parking lot amd notice we didnt even get our first order and the second order wasnt even ours. So we notify a girl she went to go fix it . she came back gave us two other bags. We left. The second order was right but they forgot our chicken sandwich from our first. I said screw it. Well we get to my house amd Liz opened one of the chicken nuggets there was only 5 not 10 amd then my brother opened his fish fillet and it HAD TWO FING BITES OUT OF IT!!! F* FOWL!!!! who in the right mind would take a fbite out of a customers food and think it was okay to sell it to them. The manager that was in was very disrespectful to my mother. NOT F**HAPPY !!! My youngestest brother was actually the only one who was trying to fix this huge nasty mistake amd he dont even work at that McDonald's. All I can say the one on 12th will never have my family and friends buisness...
