Long before all those "premium" ice cream places started popping up with their selections of odd flavors and toppings, Baskin-Robbins was there with their 31 flavors and their collection of tried and true traditional toppers.

Entering pretty much any BR brings back memories of childhood for older folks like me. Most of the flavors remain the same and the favorite plain and sugar comes are always there too. Sure, they've added new things here and there, but that's not why people go here. We go because it is comfortable and affordable and reliably the same with no real risk of getting anything we won't like.

This location has always been clean and well-lit when I've gone. The service has always been friendly and timely. I wish there was a water fountain, something which used to be a standard feature at almost every 31 Flavors but which seems to have mostly disappeared these days. Too bad. Ice cold water is the perfect thing to wash down melting sweet cream.

Look, if you want ice cream or just a sense of sharing almost 75 years of experiences with those who have come before, this is a great place. Stop in. Enjoy yourself. Bring the kids or a friend or come by yourself so you can get the triple-scoop you really want without judgement. You...

I went in a couple of days with my family for some ice cream. As soon as we walked in the teenager that worked there rolled his eyes, and I read his lips and he was saying oh my gosh! When it was time for us to order, he did not smile at us at all, and he seemed like he was in a bad mood. When I was done ordering my friend started to order and I overheard him tell his coworker. “I just wanna go home.” The other coworker was also a teenager with headphones on and on his phone his hair was also long and he was serving ice cream with his hair in his face. Customer service was the worst. They need to fix that and have people that actually want to work. Also other people mentioned it is extremely filthy inside. The tables are really dirty full of old ice cream. The floor is dirty. The glass is dirty. Everything is dirty please somebody needs to clean up. I recommend...

Staff was run by teenagers and they are not very friendly. Walked in and was not welcomed. Was looking around at the different flavors for about a minute or two until finally notice. We needed more time then when we were finally ready it was hard to get their attention without yelling “hey I’m ready to order”. The man working there turned and made eye contact with us multiple times then proceeded to continue with whatever it was he was doing. Then when we finally went to pay, the girl who was ringing us up went on her phone and started texting. This looks very bad on the company’s end.
