I have to say Gustavo Wine is one of my “top tier winery” to visit in Napa Valley. I have been going to his shop for the past 7 years and have always purchased more than 2 bottles. My wife and I went this afternoon after stopping by for lunch and ended up having a tasting with one of the owners! Originally we were planning on just having one tasting but ended up talking with the owner for almost two hours! He was happy to share with us and you can tell he is not just trying to sell the wine. Tourists Beware of this TOURIST TRAP!

If you are walking near the Oxbow Market right beside the ominously named The Wine Thief, beware of Victor the salesman, who offers you a “little taste” of GUSTAVO’S wines, and even though he poured us an actual sip of wine and never told us we were taking part of a tasting, he was sure to make a $15 dollar charge to each of us who fell in his trap.
