Starbucks — Restaurant in Naperville

Yesterday I was at this location ordered thus drink .They forgot to give me 12 pumps white mocha. My drink was so bitter. I contacted and spoke to Stephanie. She told me to come back today. Get another drink no charge because I was left for work I couldn’t make it back the same time yesterday. This is wasn’t the first time they messed up my drink few times before that but I let it go because it’s new location. I figure they might not know what they doing. Today I came back for the drink. They told me I couldn’t get it because Stephanie wrote down only 4 shots espresso something that I used to drink before. I told him that it’s OK. I’m not coming back for just the free drink just because they messed it up and they told me to come back and I didn’t even take that free drink. The manager need to do something about this because this is not the first time they mess up my drink few times before that. I will go back to my other location since they remodel and they know exactly what they do...

I feel like anytime I have one special request when using my birthday reward or half off day, the staff deliberately do the opposite of my request. I asked for extra crumble and got zero. Asked for light ice (because I don't like my drinks watered down since I'm a sipper), and got extra ice filled to the brim. The next time I asked for no ice since they added extra ice last time, I ended up getting half ice. I don't complain because I don't have time, I usually have my baby in the car when passing through a Starbucks. It'd be nice to just have my orders correct the first time. I usually just have 1 or 2 special requests which isn't a lot.

Update: The staff at this location continues to be the sweetest, most welcoming, and kind group!! They go out of their way with making you feel so welcomed!! Elena, Alyssa, Geni - thank you for always making my day! Everyone at this location is extremely kind, patient and welcoming. Elena might be the happiest person I have every encountered at a Starbucks and Keyaan asked me about my weekend and how I was doing today when I was waiting for my drink through the drive-thru. That type of kindness completely...
