Burger King — Restaurant in Naperville

I am going to write this review based on a horrific experience I had this evening at this burger king location. At the drive thru order station I was not asked what sauce I wanted for some specific menu items. After parking the car, I went inside to ask for a few ranch cups. The person gave me less than what I asked and I asked her the rest. Then she said she had already put some ketchup inside the food package. I told her I was not asked during ordering what sauce I wanted which is a standard question they always ask. As I was walking out the door, I heard another employee, who was sweeping the floor that time, using some profanity laced language and I went back inside to talk to him. He told me this verbatim and I was literally taken aback at the rudeness.." whats your issue bro? You got your ranch cup so now get the f* outta here". I asked him " you are asking me to get the f* out of here?" He then put down his mouthpiece on the table and stood with an aggressive gangland style stance and showed me the door and repeated "Get the f* outta here". I noted down his name ..it was David. And I quietly walked out ....no point in arguing further with an ill educated half wit. I dont know if at all something would be done about this kid but I am requesting the management to take care of the matter. I am also going to write up a complaint to the corporate email. Lets see what happens. I wasnt rude to them so I dont deserve this...

I normally don’t like writing bad review but here it is…I can’t even give a star for the food, service and atmosphere. Went to BK at 6:30 p.m. today, 8/27/23. I ordered mozzarella sticks, I get a “ummm we don’t have any right now.” So instead I order chicken nuggets at the speaker. When I got to the window to pay, the rude lady already swiped my card then I asked if I could have a sweet and sour sauce since she never asked me if I wanted any sauce. She then took her hand out and said give me your card back, I need to charge you for the sauce. I asked for a receipt, she tells me that their machine is broken and closed the window and walked away. I only live 5 mins away from BK. When I got home my burger was over flowing of ketchup and mayonnaise. My fries and nuggets were hard. I ended up throwing away EVERYTHING that I ordered. The guys there are always friendly and very polite. Just this one rude lady...

I really like this Burger King it's right by my house very convenient I'll go there literally all the time most of the times my order gets done correctly sometimes they may forget a french fry or nuggets or stuff like that but the stamp is very nice I got some pretty good manners some of them my food is always warm except my French fries for some reason my French fries seem to be very Brown and overcooked like somebody started them and just said well let me go work on this I mean I like Burger King french fries that's like part of the excitement of getting my meal and know what I'm saying but if I could change something about the store would be the fact that y'all closed that lobby just a little too early for some of us working folks some of us drive big trucks and can not fit in your drive-thru maybe we can work on that after this whole...
