I was an employee working at this location. From the moment I started I had a bad experience. GM Brian is unprofessional and Denied me HR and Corporate information. Been trying to reach out to Corporate for about a week now and they’re line is unavailable for some reason. Everyday I’d come into work I felt harassed because GM would try to address problems with me that didn’t involve me as if I knew what was going on. Or they would try to make a issue out of nothing when I’m neutral with everyone. That would always keep me on guard because I never knew what to expect when walking into a shift. There was a manager in particular Lanay who has always been rude, disrespectful and had threaten me. Everyday I’d come into work and there was always tension for no real reason. I’ve heard her tell another employee indirectly that she was going to slap me which again would cause me to always be on guard during my shifts with her. I was supposed to be cross trained and never was. I’d be tossed from station to station and if I wasn’t moving fast enough for them or I made an error instead of patiently and respectfully correcting me, management would get upset with me and have a nasty attitude towards me. There was an issue one time with my pay and I tried reaching out to the GM for him to tell me employees can’t contact him and if we wanted to speak with him we would have to go through another manager. Which was very difficult. There’s been a few times where I would have to step away for prayer for my religion and I was held back from stepping away at the times I had to… I decided to leave the company because employees were too messy and I didn’t feel secure, safe or respected as an employee. Wendy’s as an establishment is amazing and I thank you for the work opportunity, but what I can’t tolerate is working under management who doesn’t respect their employees and neglects...

The girl says “ what can i get for you ” and in the middle of us placing the order she cuts us off by saying “ hold on for a second ” . My mother said “ that’s completely rude & bad customer service ” so, a couple seconds later she says “ GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER ” in a yelling tone. We were waiting to see what my sister wanted to order then she says “ HELLO WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU ” . My mother said “ ma’am can you hold on for a second ” then she’s like “ WELL Y’ALL AREN’T SAYING ANYTHING” . so my mother says “ well never mind we don’t even want the food anymore, your customer service is very poor God bless you ” , and the girl goes “ YOUR MAMA ” as we’re driving off so we pull around to the window i’m pretty sure it’s the girl who’s taking the orders standing there looking ( short, caucasian, black hair ) & we knock on the window since she never came to the window. The manager comes, I ask her “ May I know who’s taking the orders on the speaker ” and she says “ one of my employees ” like that wasn’t obvious 🙄. I say “ well whoever is, they’re being very rude to paying customers saying YOUR MAMA ” . She said “ y’all were being smart first y’all was yelling at her cause I have on a headset too I can hear it” . We never once yelled at her or was being smart at all first of all. Secondly, I don’t care what went on, as a manager it’s your job to make sure your employees are following the rules and doing their job correctly. Just be mindful this shift is very rude for no reason I guess cause it was almost closing time, but you chose to work there, not me. Won’t be coming...

So the gentleman who took my order hands were soaking wet. Literally soaking wet. And he handed my card back and it was wet. Had to santize it because who knows what was on his hands. And he was super rude. Said nothing to me. Didn hand me a receipt. I tried to ask him about the receipt but he just closed the window on me with me sitting there. So i gestured him to open the window. He said the receipt is at the next window. Didnt make any sense how he ran my card but the receipt is at the next window? Makes no sense but whatever.
I go to the next window, greeted with the same TERRIBLE attitude. She just aggressively handed me my food and closed the window, saying nothing. No receipt. Just a miserble attitude for no reason. I wss nothing but nice and patient with these people. Said my please and thank yous like a normal person
One of the chicken nuggets was soggy. Didnt notice until I already already ate 3. Very concerning considering wet hands guy. This location clearly doesnt value food sanitation considering the world we live in with COVID and monkey pox. This location should be ashamed of themselves. Heres to hoping I don't get sick. Please get your act together and take this seriously because your location cant even follow basic hand sanitation. Gross.
