Been going here for years, sometimes lovey service other times the worst I have had in Naples. Last time I asked for a manager but was denied any contact with them. This was after one employee swore at me after we asked for our small order having had to wait 50+ minutes after the food was said to be ready and they hadn’t started it. They lied multiple times saying it was in the oven and treated us with disrespect even though we were kind about the situation. We went to the counter after waiting 30 minutes and asked for an update/if we could have our food now. We had shown up 10 minutes after a confirmation was given to us that it was completed and the store wasn’t busy or short staffed. The workers had some orders come in but seemed to be standing there talking and not actively working on much. Only 2 other customers came in while we waited. Again some staff were lovely and comped our order but we didn’t even want that. Even after apologizing still didn’t move to make an effort until we told them we cannot wait any longer. Happy to pay if we could not spend our night sitting there. Our problem mainly was with the lying about wait times, having to spend an hour after getting a confirmation text in the restaurant, and having an employee tell us it was our fault the order wasn’t done, she didn’t (insert swear here) care, and proceeded to throw a whole tantrum. Read moreWe have order from this place several times through the las 4 years. I have an account and there is a record of this orders. Last time I order a few days ago, 2 of the items I order were missing, unfortunately I was not home when delivery happen so I could not verify that the order was complete.
When I got home I notice this but I forgot to call and complain.
I call a few days later just so they can put a note and May be send them next time we order or anything to compensate for the mistake. Unfortunately the person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful, he said he could not do anything to help since I did not call right away and talked in a very entitle way.
Considering I have never ever complain in the past about how the pizza as cooked or any small stuff, this time I think is worth leaving a review because this is not a good costumer service at all, mostly to loyal costumers.
They definitely lost one, not that they care but just be aware. Call right away if you don’t want to be mistreated by the employees in this...
Read moreStranded in a random hotel with COVID right now in a strange area I’m not familiar with. Ordered contactless delivery but I’m delirious with a Covid fever 101F and didn’t type the address to the hotel in right. Someone else took my order!
Even tho it was my mistake the store offered to remake my order for me free of charge as long as I came and picked it up.
It was totally my fault but the store is making it up for me anyway.
Also it’s Christmas Eve. And I’m supposed to be down here spending it with my family but because Covid I have to spend it alone down the street.
This dominos is even re making my order just after their closing hours. My family is on there way there right now. They haven’t got the Pick up yet. I hope they stay open just a few more minutes for me. Fingers crossed....
