unbelievable,i order a at 11.43 they got it to me at 12:25,and then i discover its a wrong order that they send even its show on the order paper what is the order,i called they told me to call back in 10 min,that is so rude,i called again did anther order its passed 35 min and nothing yet,woow im so surprise .all this commercial about how fast they are and that no mistakes. how to tell me to call back even that they know that they missed up my order.didnt even care.the guy told me just call back right now we are busy management need to be changed.went back and edit because its past and anther 40 min in total of two hour from the first order and i called asked for my money back,didnt want it even the order the guy told me its on the way.passed anther 25 min since he told me that,and still...

I ordered a chicken bacon, ranch and almost an hour later. I finally called to see where the sandwich was. They answer the phone saying hello and nothing else. It sounded like the person was high in a surfer dude. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. Then I asked for the owner and they said the owner wasn’t there. He said was this about the order and I said yes he said I’m sorry man we don’t have a delivery driver. I just sent it out for Uber. I just told him to cancel it and that his Customer Service was very unprofessional.
