After an at times frustrating nine-month online and in-store search, we had the good fortune of discovering the Clive Daniel store in Boca Raton. We immediately met Bobby Murr and gave him a brief description of our taste and particular design needs. Without hesitation Bobby brought us to the rug section and began his search for a specific area rug. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was the perfect rug. Our only concern was would it go with other furniture selections we had already made. Bobby literally and figuratively went above and beyond. He loaded his car with the rug and went with us to place the rug against the other furniture. Bobby later went the full distance and came to our home to supervise the installation. We could not have been more pleased.

Since then we have been back to the Clive Daniel store several times to check out new products and to complete our design concept. Each time Bobby has taken our input and suggested and/or confirmed selections based on our discussions and his knowledge of our home.

Equally as assuring as the advise we have been given, we always feel confident that whatever we purchase is of the highest quality. Additionally, Clive Daniel has a large and changing selection of items that certainly meets our design preferences. Clive Daniel will clearly be our first choice in all of our future design needs from accessories to larger design projects. Also, we feel as though we have both an expert and friend in Bobby. Every friend, family and acquaintance that has visited our newly-purchased three-year old home, since the redecorating by Clive Daniels Home, has been completely impressed beyond words down to every last detail. It has met our every expectation of how our dream home could be.

We decided on Clive Daniels because we had seen some of their work in model homes and because they have a local warehouse and store that we thought they would be best suited to help us under a tight deadline. We have decorated homes in the past and felt with our experiences and decorator we already knew that we could do a lot of it ourselves for less cost, however we are completely satisfied that we chose to use Clive Daniels for everything. We closed November 1 and wanted the redecorating, which included the entire house of furniture, window panels, decor and lighting, to be completed by by November 24. Bonnie the sales manager said they would be able to achieve most of it and would lend us things until our furniture arrived.

Our decorators Rebekah and Charlie listened to a few ideas we had and gave us choices for the color palette. It was exciting to see everything come together. Rebekah and Charlie worked great as a team and we feel fortunate that they were assigned to us.

Absolutely the worst experience ever spending money in a high end store to buy furniture. They took a deposit of mine for a lot of furniture in March 2023, when delivery time came in early October 2023, 8 dining chairs (That had been in stock along with the new fabric) had not even been made) So they happily took my final deposit and come delivery time showed up without the 8 chairs. They gave me a credit to make up for it and I also had to wait another 5 weeks for my chairs but the credit pacified me even though I was upset. They delivered a custom sideboard the delivery men drilled holes through so that was damaged. Here we are February 2024, they call demanding the credit they gave me for the chairs insisting it was to cover the material until they made my chairs, and to deliver a replacement piece they had damaged. Funny they didn't ask for the money back when the chairs were delivered end of October. They promised me they would make everything right and after delivering the replacement piece and they offered me a very measly credit on my card and a very measly credit to use in the store. Their customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. I have many friends looking to furnish 4-5,00 sq feet homes and I will happily steer them to Robb and Stucky.
