McDonald's — Restaurant in Naples

Just like the other McDonald's but this one has to be the one of the slowest ones and least responsive.

I go here all the time and it doesn't change ever. I let them know that the Tea is out all the time. Forty minutes later it still hasn't been refilled. Okay, that could be that they are brewing it though I know it doesn't take that long. I tell them again, still hasn't changed another forty minutes. That would be the lobby people completely failing. Tables here are usually dirty, in fact there isn't a single table that is clean. Ben an hour since the rush ended and the lobby in general needs more love. If you need a clean lobby, don't come here. The bathrooms almost never get cleaned and have yet to not have to clean off the toilet seat. Fun fact, (not included in my harsh review), not sure when the lobby was last mopped but all the wet floor signs are still in the middle of the isle.

If you want to add mayonnaise here, ask for a light amount. You'll get regular amount. I'm not sure why. It might take a while to get your food as well. Several times waited a half hour. They forgot to fill it. On more than one occasion, they did not pay attention to what the order was and ended up with ingredients that I did not want. So, if you have allergies, and ask for something off it, check the item before you leave for sure. The quality of food ranges drastically. Sometimes dry other times good. At least it's never been undercooked.

These problems never change. At least not over the 100 visits here. That's over a year.

Terrible experience. Went to the drive-thru and watched several cars go through the left lane while I was waiting at the speaker in the right lane. Finally somebody came on and took my order. In my order I specified which sauce I wanted for my nuggets. Got to the window and paid went to the second window I was handed my drinks and told to pull forward and wait for the rest of my food. A while later the food arrives and it was not nearly what I ordered. There were quite a few food items missing. I went inside the restaurant to ask for the remainder of my order only to be greeted by the manager on duty with a stare and no words. I told her what was missing and she rolled her eyes and without saying a word turned around and walked away. She did get together the rest of my order and walked away. I checked the bag and my sauces still were not there. I had to wait for her to come back to me and then I asked for the sauces a second time. at this point she finally spoke only to tell me they had no sauce in the variety I was asking for. She then walked away while I was asking for a substitution not even acknowledging that I was asking a question. We went through the drive through just now to order food for three people. Between each item ordered the guy said is that it, keep in mind we were ordering quickly and weren’t delaying speaking between items. We get to the window to pay and all is fine, then we get to the window to pick up food and the guy hands us overflowing sodas dripping from the lid so he asks for a napkin and the lid looks at him like he’s crazy so he shows him the cup and he hands him a napkin. Then we got our food and out of habit I checked to make sure it was right and my English muffin was incinerated Black, so my husband handed it back and the kid walks away and came back a minute later and said this is what you ordered to which I told him it was burnt black, he asked us to pull to the waiting spot and they would make a new one, then a girl came out and literally threw the food bag in the window at my husband and walked off with not a word. Staff here are ridiculously rude and undertrained and management does not take it seriously. Always an issue at this location but unfortunately it’s the one...
