Crumbl — Restaurant in Nashua

awful. Me and my friend go in and order a few cookies and as they gave us our cookies, we went back out to my car to take a bite of them and I lifted up one of my cookies and there was a little piece of paper that said “big back“ as of right now, there’s a girl in that place of work that does not like the friend I was with and she’s always calling her names and stuff like that. So we go back in and address this issue asking why is there a piece of paper saying big back under my cookie and one of the girls says it’s from earlier and I might’ve accidentally went into the box because people can write funny names or their original name for them so they know what cookies theirs when they call the name out. But no, that was not the issue. There was a Time on that little piece of note and it was the time we were there waiting for our cookies. All the workers were lying to us, and my friend said I want to speak to your manager then one of the workers was apparently calling their manager and they said they were going to be right in to talk to us, but no, it was the police. It is so sad that these girls were making fun of my friend and her weight like that is disgusting the cops agreed with us. They were in the wrong and they should’ve never done that in the first place. So I hope that girl gets fired and I hope Crumbl cookie learns a big lesson because this is not a good way to treat your customers at all, and I will be getting to the end of this . And there were two girls taking videos of us But I will never be coming to Crumbl...

I knew I wouldn’t love the cookies, so that’s not what this review is about. I went to Crumbl Nashua last night for the first time and I have never experienced a more late capitalism nightmare in my life. The decor was giving “nothing”, or, “minimalist essence of joy”. The very first thing I noticed was how miserable the workers looked. Each young person looked like their job was punishment. But the second thing I noticed was that you don’t order with anyone? You order at a kiosk? Human interaction does not fit into the efficiency of the butter factory? Have you guys ever seen Soilent Green? After ordering, we waited for a few minutes while $27 worth of cake/cookie was put in a box, then a young person said our name with disgust, showed me the order for the briefest of seconds, closed the box and walked away. Yikes. Go across the parking lot and get some actually good cookies at a great price and talk to the friendliest staff in the world...

Eat at your own risk. I went for the first time today Monday August 9th @ roughly 7pm because of all the good reviews. Line was short and moved quick, but while I was standing in line I watched one of the group of teenage girls take off her hat while gloves were still on, ran her hands thru her hair with gloves still on and proceed to then redo her ponytail. I tried getting her attention but they were to focused on chit chatting between themselves. Then as it's my turn to order I look back and she's the one grabbing handfuls of chocolate chip cookie dough out of there giant tubs and weighing, rolling said dough. All while still wearing the same gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Pay attention to the extra floss that may be included with...
