I have been going to Dunkins for over 2 decades and I have had some screw up at the drive through out the years but this just irritated me to no end. I'm not sure its training?, selective hearing?, distractions? maybe the intercom wasn't clear enough? Maybe there's too much different coffee? Maybe the person pouring the coffee needs to pay attention, we did not order dark roast but my wife and I ,were on our way home from Christmas shopping and decided to stop at 260 Amherst street Dunkin Donuts and when pulling out, we now have to taste test the coffee, especially for sugar, (I'm diabetic) this time it was too strong. But we figured we would go home and through a bit more cream in the coffees, didn't work. could get rid of the strong taste no matter what. Now we made a pledge tonight that when we ever have another bad coffee, we would turn around and bring it back .......! by the way, we simply ordered the following
The teenagers that work in this Dunkin are very disrespectful!! There was about a dozen kids there but no one was starting my food order!! They were all just standing around talking about their drama super loud so everyone could hear & talking trash about another employee being gay (which in my opinion this employee is still a human being & shouldn’t be judged for being gay) when I asked if someone was working on my order they all just looked at me & giggled. Then the manager comes out & tells me I’m being rude & that I should address him if I have an issue!! Read more260 Amherst St Nashua Location. I go to this dunkins daily and last Sunday July 25th a donut rack fell on my car in the drive thru. No manager was on sight when the incident happened but the part time employees reached out to the store manager, JOEL, immediately and I was told I'd get a call from him within the next couple days. I still have yet to hear from him or anyone. Every day I go in to get my coffee the part timers have been amazing, reaching out to Joel and the response they get is he will call you later today, someone will reach out to you. The customer service by Joel has been ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. His part time employees have been handling this incident better than him, who is a manager a full grown adult.
