Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nashua

So....I didn't want to write a negative review because I really like a handful of people that work there, which is why this review isn't a 1 star. This place is like 90/10, 90% of the time you'll get your order wrong or really messed up (burnt, drowned in butter, etc) the 10% is before 2 pm which is where the people I do like make your food correctly. They dont seem to read or pay attention after 2 pm, usually it's the young crew that works it. 471 Amherst st burnt sandwiches, hot chocolate instead of coffee (yes this happened 3 times in a row) absolutely drowned in butter when you get buttered croissants (some may like this I guess!)

38 broad st in nashua, I have never had an issue perfect coffee made, fluffy sandwiches! Perfectly buttered croissants.

Idk if this is a training thing or they are just overwhelmed but this is very consistent. Like I said I really enjoy some of the coworkers here but majority of them just don't care, which is sad because this is the start of most...

This is my favorite Dunkin’ in the area. With that said I hope the staff finds a way to work through their struggles as I see the staffing issue taking it’s toll.

While I understand the stress and frustration of being short staffed, as I am dealing with similar circumstances at my place of business. It is very uncalled for to make someone feel as though they have done a disservice for ordering something other than a coffee with cream and sugar. I ordered one drink that I assume is more complicated than others, but that was all. I was met with a “that’s the one you decide to order today” in an unfavorable tone as the window shut.

I have been to at least 10 different Dunkin donuts, all the way from Manchester NH, to Massachusetts, to nashua all multiple times && 9/10 times I have to bring my coffee which is just a small French vanilla iced coffee with five creams and five sugars melted back inside to have it remade, && I just went to this Dunkin donuts on Amherst st, && yes I waited a little longer at the window then usual for just one coffee, but it is AWESOME!!! So many days I've been disappointed going to Dunkin donuts && this place just made my coffee the best I've had in over 2 months so just wanted to say thank...
