Me and my boyfriend have been getting gianni’s for about a year now. Well tonight is the last night we will be ordering from them! I placed an order with them through door dash. When my food arrived it was half wrong, so I called the Resturant thinking they would just fix the order, NOPE! The person who answered the phone asked what was wrong so I told them I ordered the chicken kabobs with RICE and a large cheese fries which I didn’t get but instead received chicken and fries. That person then got off the phone and another person got on the phone who was very rude. He asked what was wrong and I told them and all they said was there was nothing they could do and I could go to the restaurant and get a credit. He also told me I asked for fries and not rice and argued back at me when I actually did order rice because that’s the meal CHICKEN KABOBS AND RICE! My coworkers and I all come here for lunch during the weekdays and almost every Friday. It's sad to say Giannis has terrible service with the summer hires. I called in a Steak Tip Caesar Wrap because I know it normally takes longer when I go in and order and the girl at the cashier had the nerve to tell me that I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap instead (the wrap I normally get everyday). She said "NO! You didn't order that, I know what you ordered and you said chicken not steak." I ended up not getting a steak tip wrap and just said its fine but I didn't need the excessive attitude to go with it. Ordered a LG Italian sub hots on the side got hots on it.. also got mozzarella sticks and wing dings both got to me cold.. they are only a 4 minute drive away.. they also sent me expired bbq sauce (expired july 2022 its now almost march 2023) that was covered in dust inside the wing dings and denied that it was expired.. refused to give me a refund until I threatened to call the board of health said I could get the refund next week if I went to pick it up so I decided I paid cash I wasn't waiting till next week. On my drive there the owner calls me letting me they would send me my refund via delivery driver but I was already almost there.. I get there and ask to speak to the owner and the employee let's me know he's not there even tho I just got off the phone with him.( he called off the store phone) then proceeds to throw my money at me..
