Don’t let anyone else fool you… Sabor Brazil in Nashua has the meats. The word “sabor” is Portuguese (and Spanish) for “flavor”, and they have that in abundance too. The food is fresh and delicious. Service is very friendly and helpful. You’ll feel at home almost immediately. Just walk up to the buffet, grab a plate, and start loading it up. You can indicate to a staff member what you’d like from the rotisserie for meats, and there’s plenty to choose from; a posted list will help. My first plate weighed in at $13 (they’ll keep track), and had pork loin, sirloin steak, sweet plantains, olives, rice, and potato salad; a very fair price. All in all I had two plates and two bar drinks, then went home and promptly took a nap; next best thing to Thanksgiving. Highly recommended.

No frills cafeteria style food, all the Brazilian favorites, which of course means lots of meats. Available dishes change from day to day. Their black beans are sublime. This is the real deal; they even serve chicken hearts. Update: haven't been in a while, but now the food is even better. Meats marinated to heck. Always something braised in an amazing sauce. Black beans to die for for. Even the toasted flour to sprinkle on like they do in Brazil. Very pleasantly surprised how they took something great and made it better. Still no atmosphere, but that's not what the place is about. And very affordable.

Oh my, where do I even begin … Sabor Brasil, if you want to have the best of the best, freshest of the fresh - Too Sirloin A.K.A Picanha - you must not look anywhere else. The flavor blends in with the fats just caramelizing into your mouth as the rock salts just melt away.. look no further and enjoy your stay and don’t forget to grab their side array of dishes a la buffet style ! Don’t worry you pay by the weigh so come on and eat away at this little taste of Brasil will make you come for more🍖

I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. Located in a part of the city where Margaritas reigns supreme, this Brazilian buffet style eatery was a surprising find. From the minute we walked through the door, we greeted extremely warmly and welcoming by the wait staff. It's a cafeteria style set up with no frills style atmosphere. You can pay per pound for the many authentic Brazilian dishes including fried Yuka, plantains, and of course their melt in your mouth rotisserie meat. Marinated sirloin, garlic beef, lamb, and bacon wrapped chicken tenders are just a few of their available selection. For us carnivores, they also have a option ala Gaucho's where you pay one price for all you can eat of their meats however it only includes a few rice and bean dishes and not their entire selection of side dishes and salad bar items. Being my first time there, I went for the per pound option. Everything was DELICIOUS! The sirloin was cooked perfectly and braised with a delectable marinade. As the chef was explaining about all his different meats he had to offer, you could tell he took great pride in presenting them to us. The fried Yuka was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Every dish was a home run. They also had a nice selection of desserts too. They had flan, tres leches cake as well as cheesecake and a very rich dense chocolate cake. The bill was extremely affordable. Me and my wife each had more than our fill (as well as a desert each) and it only cost us a little over $50.00 for everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a delicious meal. We will definitely be returning to this...

Sabor Brasil is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the amazing smell of fresh, flavorful food. The place is clean—tables and floors were spotless, and not a fly in sight (which is a big deal for a buffet-style restaurant). There’s ample parking, and although the space is small, it’s well laid out with plenty of seating and a separate little bar area off to the side.

The setup is buffet-style: you walk in, grab a plate, serve yourself, load up on meats from the BBQ grill, and then have your plate weighed at checkout. Super easy and efficient.

While the items weren’t labeled, everything we tried was delicious—from the rice and beans to the sweet plantains, BBQ meats, and coconut shrimp. The only miss was the sirloin (red), which we found a bit underwhelming and would skip next time. We each went back for seconds, and the total for two of us came to about $45—very fair for the quality and quantity.

Definitely recommend if you’re looking for flavorful, authentic Brazilian food in a casual and clean setting. We’ll be...

Jairo at Sabor Brasil in Nashua, NH recently catered our wedding, and we were extremely impressed with the service that he provided. We approached Jairo to inquire about catering a 100-person, buffett-style wedding, and from the beginning he was very personable and supportive. He helped us evaluate the food options that he had available, let us sample all of the food (which was delicious!), and offered us delivery services, despite the fact that the venue was an hour away from his restaurant. Jairo gave us a very affordable price for outstanding food, which allowed us to offer a wider variety of options to our guests. Throughout the entire experience, Jairo and Shirley were super friendly, punctual, honest, and detail-oriented. For delicious food and great service, I would highly recommend that you visit the Sabor Brasil restaurant or contact Jairo for any future...
