I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. Located in a part of the city where Margaritas reigns supreme, this Brazilian buffet style eatery was a surprising find. From the minute we walked through the door, we greeted extremely warmly and welcoming by the wait staff. It's a cafeteria style set up with no frills style atmosphere. You can pay per pound for the many authentic Brazilian dishes including fried Yuka, plantains, and of course their melt in your mouth rotisserie meat. Marinated sirloin, garlic beef, lamb, and bacon wrapped chicken tenders are just a few of their available selection. For us carnivores, they also have a option ala Gaucho's where you pay one price for all you can eat of their meats however it only includes a few rice and bean dishes and not their entire selection of side dishes and salad bar items. Being my first time there, I went for the per pound option. Everything was DELICIOUS! The sirloin was cooked perfectly and braised with a delectable marinade. As the chef was explaining about all his different meats he had to offer, you could tell he took great pride in presenting them to us. The fried Yuka was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Every dish was a home run. They also had a nice selection of desserts too. They had flan, tres leches cake as well as cheesecake and a very rich dense chocolate cake. The bill was extremely affordable. Me and my wife each had more than our fill (as well as a desert each) and it only cost us a little over $50.00 for everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a delicious meal. We will definitely be returning to this...
Read moreSabor Brasil is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the amazing smell of fresh, flavorful food. The place is clean—tables and floors were spotless, and not a fly in sight (which is a big deal for a buffet-style restaurant). There’s ample parking, and although the space is small, it’s well laid out with plenty of seating and a separate little bar area off to the side.
The setup is buffet-style: you walk in, grab a plate, serve yourself, load up on meats from the BBQ grill, and then have your plate weighed at checkout. Super easy and efficient.
While the items weren’t labeled, everything we tried was delicious—from the rice and beans to the sweet plantains, BBQ meats, and coconut shrimp. The only miss was the sirloin (red), which we found a bit underwhelming and would skip next time. We each went back for seconds, and the total for two of us came to about $45—very fair for the quality and quantity.
Definitely recommend if you’re looking for flavorful, authentic Brazilian food in a casual and clean setting. We’ll be...
Read moreJairo at Sabor Brasil in Nashua, NH recently catered our wedding, and we were extremely impressed with the service that he provided. We approached Jairo to inquire about catering a 100-person, buffett-style wedding, and from the beginning he was very personable and supportive. He helped us evaluate the food options that he had available, let us sample all of the food (which was delicious!), and offered us delivery services, despite the fact that the venue was an hour away from his restaurant. Jairo gave us a very affordable price for outstanding food, which allowed us to offer a wider variety of options to our guests. Throughout the entire experience, Jairo and Shirley were super friendly, punctual, honest, and detail-oriented. For delicious food and great service, I would highly recommend that you visit the Sabor Brasil restaurant or contact Jairo for any future...
