I don’t usually leave reviews — let alone long ones — but after several visits to the local ice cream shop where Jackson works, I felt genuinely compelled to share my experience with the world.

From the moment you walk into the shop, Jackson greets you like a friend he hasn’t seen in years. He has this warm, genuine smile that instantly makes your day feel 10x better, even if you’ve had the worst morning. You don’t just feel like a customer with Jackson; you feel like you matter. Let’s talk professionalism: Despite being a teenager, Jackson demonstrates a level of professionalism and maturity that rivals seasoned customer service reps. He’s quick, efficient, and always on top of things. I’ve seen him handle everything from large, chaotic birthday parties to late-night summer rushes — always with calm, grace, and good humor.

Worse experience ever…

Me and my daughter went in to buy couple smoothies and some ice cream, first, for a few nobody was willing to attend us, when someone went (young girl), my daughter asked her for a Mangonada to what she was evidently annoyed starting asking to the other girl about how to to them (maybe she is new, I don’t know but well, we tried to ignore the situation), next thing she got to the blender not knowing what she was doing, whole asking to the other girl (evidently more experienced) she wasn’t willing to help at all, was answering annoyed and not caring about us or her.

She took some considerable time as there was like 5 more persons served for the other girl while we was still waiting , next, we ordered a Strawberry Smoothie (she repeated from her own voice “smoothie “?, yes, we said), she rolled her eyes again, asked the other girl again how to do it, to what she again didn’t help much, the girl started doing it pouring some milk and 3 balls of Icecream, my daughter was looking and said “i thought smoothies didn’t have milk at all” to what I looked back to their menu and she was right it wasn’t (it even say “not dairy “), I went to her and asked her if she was confused doing a Freeze (milk, icecream and ice) cause we asked for a smoothie (not milk) she said “smoothie?” Yes I said, she annoyed role her eyes like if we were the ones who didn’t properly ask.

Next thing one girl look to each other on an annoyed way while the other girl kept serving other customers, she again asked how to doit and she put a scoop of ice cream (instead of fresh fruit as promised), she did a mess that she couldn’t even put it on the cup that she has to use like 5 cups, she gave it to us (not full), but anyways at that point all I wanted was to leave, I asked for my ice cream and showed to her which cone I wanted and she being rude asked me which cone (while I was pointing at it), she gave it to us, we paid, we paid to the other girl who also was on a bad mood , she was even eating while we were paying.

As we was leaving , I saw the other girl very smily attending other clients which made me wonder if was a racist person 🤔 (cause me and my daughter was speaking Spanish between us), worse experience ever on a...

I visited this store yesterday on my birthday to receive a cake and was met by two of the rudest employees I have ever interacted with. Derek Curtis and Isabel, two young belligerent children, spoke to me and my companion with the utmost disregard for our business. Derek could not even bother to cover his nose with his mask. I was cursed out by both employees. I contacted corporate and the franchise owner called me today with extreme indifference. We did not feel comfortable eating the cake after seeing how their employees wore their masks and conducted themselves. I offered to bring the untouched $50 cake back to the store in exchange for a refund and the franchise owner refused. Unbelievable. I will be contacting the health department as well as the BBB in regard to their improper mask wearing and unscrupulous business practices. I encourage everyone to steer clear of this...
