Terrible service! I went in to pick up a postmates order and there was only about four people in the building. I was wearing a mask and everything. I went to the front desk and the lady there told me to go park in one of the curbside spots and wait for the order. I complied. No one came, so I went inside and low and behold there they were holding the order. The lady at the front desk then rudely told me to park in a spot marked for delivery next time, as if I am supposed to know it exists! I've never had to do that at Chick Fil A ever before. There are plenty of establishments where you go inside or through the drive thru to pick up the order. Then they act as if it's my fault I didn't know about the parking spot! I don't know what makes Chick Fil A think they're special and deserve to shove delivery drivers to the side. Just another shameful display of the treatment of hard working delivery drivers and the disrespect more and more establishments are showing to them. The sad thing is that I've never had a bad experience at Chick Fil A up until now. Usually they are awesome and have even been helpful to me in the past. I don't think this represents a fault with the company but rather the kinds of people who are slipping through the cracks inside of the hiring process. I have worked plenty of jobs in the service industry and I always did everything in my power to show respect and understanding to customers and workers. If the people who work at this branch cannot do that then I believe the whole lot deserve to be fired. Read moreI frequent Chick Fil A often due to my children and this was the first time that when my order was incorrect that I was point blank told that the only compensation that I was going to get was my correct order. I ordered online, waited in the drive thru, even had to pull up to the wait line sign for them to bring it out to me, received my order supposedly, for it to be incorrect, drove around to speak to the drive thru attendant for her to advise me to get back in the drive thru line and they would correct it and give me a credit for the missing items. I chose to go inside instead of waiting in the long line again and met, Bryce, the current supervisor on duty and he gave me my missing items and when I asked how he was going to make this right he advised that he did by giving me my items. I asked for a refund for the items for the inconvenience of me having to come in and get my correct order and he said he could absolutely not do that but that he could give me a cookie or brownie. I have had this happen before at the Bellevue location and they have absolutely taken care of me without me having to ask and I know Will Sims would expect this level of service from both of his locations. Read moreI love Chick FIL A but I only get the grilled nuggets when I go. This time I ordered the 30ct grilled nugget (one of the most expensive items on the menu) along with 2 fries and they gave me the fried nuggets. I had to turn around and drive all the way back and when I got there they said they were gonna have to refund me cause THEY put in the wrong order and then charge me for the correct order but it was going to take a few business days for my money to be refunded even though they were gonna get their new money from me immediately. So ridiculous! Almost humorous. Lol I just left without getting the correct order. So now I'm stuck with food I don't want and definitely won't be going back to that location. And I would totally understand their logic if I had ordered wrong... but I ordered exactly what I ALWAYS order. I be sure to always emphasize the GRILLED nuggets cause it's been messed up before... but when they messed it up before they just fixed it.. unlike this time. Lol They put the order in wrong and wanted me to pay for THEIR mistake. I seriously NEVER leave reviews. Lol this might be the 2nd review I've left anywhere in 5 years... so that's saying something.
