The bar was very short on food except the 3 items that were $1.25 extra. So I ordered 3 meats and 1 side, it was $12.40. Since they were out of the orange chicken the lady said I’ll bring it out to you. She has made the smallest little tiny box with orange chicken in it and I said that’s all you’re going to put on there is that little tiny box. She said yeah. I said I think I want a refund on the third one and I just want the two entrées and the one side. She looks confused him and she got her manager he said so what do you want, I said I wanted a refund. I’ll pay for the two but I want a refund for the third one he said well it’s only $1.50 that we’re charging you for it, I was so embarrassed that I just took the food and left. It’s a palling when you asked for a refund and they try to belittle you and say well it’s only this much so you’ll keep it and not do a refund. I think he didn’t understand how to do the refund so I will not be ever shopping here again, I was in a hurry and the guy embarrass me saying it was only $1.50. I will be reporting them to the corporate office as well. It wouldn’t be so bad if there to go boxes didn’t go down in size or the spoon size that they used wasn’t smaller than it was when they first started. And I seems like everyone is cutting everything back as much as possible, I just wanted a refund and didn’t want to pay for the extra that I wasn’t going to eat. I would not shop at...
Read moreNot very happy... The guy that waited on didn't ring up the right amount of food we got so, I tried to tell him that he charged me for one too many dinners and a side dish too many. Another employee came to the counter and I was trying to explain what was going on and the employee that messed the order up started going off about something but he spoke in a different language and I didn't know what he was saying but I heard his tone. The employee that was figuring things out said the gentleman was new and new to the country. If that was the case then someone should have been standing there with him to guide him or let someone else ring up the order correctly. Then, a lady employee told me she would give me an in store credit. I told her I didn't want an in store credit it was their mistake and I wanted my money they overcharged me. Then, the guy that was trying to correct things told me that the company wanted them to cut down on their returns and give the credits. The guy asked if I had a ten so, I gave him ten dollars and he gave me a twenty. All I can say is shame on you Panda Express for making you employees scared to death to make a mistake or worse in fear of correcting a customer issue. I doubt we will go to any of your locations again and not because of the employee's error but for you putting fear in...
Read moreI initially went through by Drive Thru and ordered a plate (white rice, honey shrimp, and string bean chicken). Upon driving home (15 min) and opening my food, I discovered I received super greens, rice, more rice (where a meat entree typically goes) , shrimp, and a little beef mixed with my shrimp. I drove back to the store asked for a correct order. They said.. well will just give you the chicken in a box. I asked for a new plate and warm food. The employee went to talk to the manager standing close by, came back and took my plate that I brought back and sat it near the cash register, then made myself a new plate. Upon my walking out, I turn around and see the explore putting the shrimp I returned back into the buffet for other customers to eat. That is the most disgusting, unsanitary, and unsafe thing I’ve witnessed. I picked through and touched that food. I just left the gym. I could have any number of germs or bacteria. Honestly, this makes me question the overall health practices and if I’d ever eat there again. Something needs to be...
